    Ours are labeled as follows "Comms Cabinent""Patch in that cab""No" EG - 02B15 would be cabinet 2 patch B (second down) port 15 Cabs are no sequentially, pathes are lettered top to bottom in each cab and then 1-24 for each patch.

    If you register your company for a 35 jobby this will make you a limited company and liable for submitting annual returns that must be done by an accountant (£££) just register as self employed with the inland revenue and do a self assesment annaully. Cheers James

    Set the keystone to the oppposite setting and then exit settings, power off and on and then should be ok - its a fault with the first few.

    It sounds like you need to get in someone who knows the system as it sounds like you have a very complex system that you dont understand and would be difficlut for us to help on without a LOT more information. Sorry

    Chances are the routers and/or switches are acting as intelligent hardware and not getting the traffic from the terminal to the server - if you put the new terminal on the exact cable of the old one does it work?

    Change the setting in the bios for the drive to compatibility.

    Bit of a pain but seems to work 99.999999999999 (dont know how to get the little dot above it!) is to pull the hard drives out and ghost them disk to disk using a usb to ide/sata converter (fast per image but slower as can only do 1 at a time).

    Id put the postscript universal driver on and see how it goes then - youll need to run the setup after installing the universal driver (its automatic normally) and then re install the printer onto the clients using the new driver and see how that goes. Linky

    If its a tosh you will need to chnage the hard drive mode in the bios to install windows cant remember the exact setting buts its a compatibility mode. Once you have done that and installed windows and the hard drive driver you can normally change it back. Hope that helps THanks James

    Or do what we do - get them to put all the data in a database/spreadhseet and mail merge it into the reports - makes it a lok quicker inputting the data as well. THanks James

    It is dynamically assigned - when you dcpromo the old box down another box will take over - it will get moved periodically by the KCC anyhow. THanks James
