    Does it have dual power supplies - they are very noisy if only one power supply is plugged in but both are installed.

    What about a vga over cat 5 system - use a cat 5 cable but still a standard vga signal.

    Would partly depend on your exsisting phone system but what i did at one site was rip out the whole old system and put in a VOIP Trixbox system, new extension in every class (formerly only 10 extensions in the whole school) now about 38, plus 5 voip wifi handsets all interlinked, every body had voice mail etc etc.

    Do you have whole site Wifi - if so go for a voip wifi system, can integrate with your own phone system then and make it interoperable.

    Create a mailbox for it and then give all the relevant staff access and open it as an additional mailbox in outlook - then theyll see when messages have been ready and actioned etc. THanks James

    Raid 5 - read up on the forum plenty of posts on it . Yes always always always have a backup - ideally offsite but at least somewhere else in the school in case of fire etc etc. THanks James

    THen look at an Dell t610 with a xeon 2.8/3 4gb ram and 4 500gb disks in a raid 5, server 2008 or 2008 r2 100gb boot partition and the rest as a data partitiion. Thanks james

    It is sorted in the newer model was just a glitch in the first batch and other than that its a fantastic projector!
