No outages at exa network since we joined a year ago. Support is fantastic especially for learning nm like myself they go above and beyond.

I can not fault exa networks, great service no down time support is great first class service they go above and beyond and it was the best thing we ever did.

We do have office 365 already but i have not had chance to move over yet.

The isp only told me it was coming from the server and not a user. So i did av throughout the school and checked for open relays one found and disabled all passwords changed just in case. I might give it a go tomorrow but im worried that something else is going on. 6 years and no issues so its been a stressfull day.

Next step not 100% sure its solved i need to monitor the server but did mot get chance before i went home. So if its fubar tomorrow then god knows what im going to do.

We got cut off from our isp relay due to spam being sent from our exchange server I did find an open relay remnants from years ago not me. I have closed that and changed all passwords So im hoping this should stop the server being used as a relay. Need something that checks all traffic from the exchange server.

I must push out thanks to mark and Josh at exa networks, they have sorted my issue out absolute brilliant service as ever. The fault seems to be at my end for some reason I had an anonymous relay enable on the exchange server this must be how the spam was getting sent, I have shut this down changed all passwords and done full av scan so with any luck the spam may end. time to get some decent exchange server anti spam as not having outgoing email is ridiculous. just need to check if the spam has stopped now anyone got any ideas on software that might do this for me. My post was only to see if anyone had similar issues and not a snipe at exa, my support call was late on Friday so I did not expect a response until Monday morning so my post earlier that said not had a respose was very harsh on exa and was not anything to do with service received so apologies to exa if it come across this way.

Yes Friday but no response yet they did say others have reported similar issues.

Is anyone else having issues with outbound email via exa email relay. We can receive email but all outbound is being delayed. Started Friday morning.

We use mrbs setup using periods. Works perfect. And free mls sucks do not even bother trying.

all windows versions I presume well it did when I added my server 2008 a few years back

I had a rep on the phone trying to keep me as a customer. He said what can we do to keep you. He did not like my respnose. Basically told them the product sucks support sucks communication sucks treat customers with no respect. Once finished told them to stick it where the sun does not shine. No way will I put up with a shoddy product. Capita will be ditching this pile of steaming soon cost cutting.
