Dont know about you guys but its the lack of support from senior teams that have no clue on whats happening in the world of IT. How many schools have had support staff cuts, im a lone it support and its not from the lack of trying to migrate but i physically dont have the time to plan a big job like this along with all the other duties Yes i have passed on my concerns but they have just ignored me. On another note windows 10 has been so messed up i cannot risk having a whole school IT system fail due to all the little qwerks. Lets hope the latest build fixes things. I will be starting to migrate admin staff first then teachers and finally students but it is a big learning curve. Look at the number of windows 10 issues on edugeek it is scary

Sounds like a script running Is it a fresh vanilla install of Windows as it might be some pre installed junk from the manufacturer. Could try enable command prompt and see what it is trying to do.

Check firewall logs as I had to whitelist a few ips in the past.
