no issues for us since feb this year when fusion went t#$# up for about a week or so if you contact support im sure they can unblock a site for you, a quick email gets stuff done the support guys are always helpfull.

someone told me that sims was actually working correctly must be an April fools

ok so after updating last night, certain pages in sims have the ok cancel button appearing underneath the task bar with no way to resize having to use tab to get to them

Install spring update and all seems OK.

I had something similar the other day on the priniples machine it turned out that a windows update broke activation

the good old default printer issue with sims, no reason for it but changing the default printer works nearly every time

don't know if this will help pm me if you need anything else I copied the installer files the last time they were in but give it a try 1) Open the 'Trust-e Licence Install set' folder and run Setup.exe Install Truste to the following path: C:\Program Files\NRS\truste or if 64 bit: c:\program files (x86)\nrs\Truste IF YOU GET ANY ERRORS DURING INSTALLATION PLEASE CLICK IGNORE. 2) Copy NRS2000Cashless.ini from 'INI File' folder to C:\Windows Then open the NRS2000Cashless.ini from the Windows folder and wherever x.x.x.x is displayed replace this with the IP address of the Kitchen PC. 3) Copy contents of the Truste folder from the kitchen PC over the top of the Truste folder on the client PC you are installing on, apart from the sqlData and Reports folder. we got a storm shield firewall, and use surfprotect for filtering. no issues with firewall provides captiv portal.

yea 10 min outage but we seem to be having one outage a week, i am a fan of exas services but is this a case of over subscription for surf protect. victim of own sucess.

All the current issues seem to be with surf protect unfiltered machine has rock solid connection. But this week has been good no issues.

I had issues with some dell laptops because we have a mixture of old aps bg and bgn in this one location the laptops were connecting to the fastest not strongest signal. So in the driver settings you should have an option for preferred band. I set it to bg first and the laptops work fine now
