@kennysarmy - we've spent ages trying to reproduce it and can't unless Exams is left open. If it happens in a school we have to be able to reproduce it otherwise we can't fix it. We added ensuring Exams is closed into SOLUS3 (not possible in 2) to deal with this specific problem. The last release that SOLUS2 can be used for is Spring 2016!!

That is interesting feedback. I can't say I've come across a mass awarding of achievement although I have come across blanket detentions! There's some interesting stuff coming in the next 12 months that will automate the awarding of achievements and sanctions.

@kennysarmy - this is not so - if we could reproduce it we'd fix it and indeed have through SOLUS3.

@nathan, I put the SIMS Multiview project on hold as there was such monumental change occurring in assessment. Our Professional Services people have a customisable solution.

@teejay, it's been added to our change request list but there are higher priorities at present I'm afraid.

I'm not aware of buggy template definitions! PP will persist if defined in the template but not if added to a mark sheet.

Select all is a feature of attendance but not achievement!

As schools are judged by how well they do with PP pupils it is vital information for teachers to know.

@ITGURU we can replicate the issue when someone is still in Exams. Sometimes people don't realise they are in Exams still

@kennysarmy - this error is caused by someone keeping Exams open during the upgrade. SOLUS3 should deal with the problem.

So on our machines the pause is nothing like 30 seconds - 10 at the most.

InTouch should not be slowing SIMS down unless your server is at the limits. There is a slight pause when InTouch is first called on a machine but thereafter it should be instant. If you are experiencing performance issues then please raise a case.

@splattthcat We have replaced many of the frequently used reports in FMS & Exams.

The issue with My Account is now resolved, the solution to this issue relies upon replication services to complete, if you are still unable to connect a device restart should help to restore connection.

I'm told that the fix is being rolled out in batches. The fault occurred because the company we employ to stop attacks somehow dropped us off their list of suppliers (yes we had paid up!)

I am not aware of any Nova-T printing issues. Please log a case.
