    KS3 will be available in autumn. We're working with ASCL on the KS4 possibilities with ASCL the predominant secondary heads association.

    We can confirm that tests show that compatibility mode restores the speed. MS are due to visit next week.

    I am not sure on this. Clearly you are entitled to info that is in the CTF but if it really is a new school without connection to the old one that's beyond my experience.

    We have made adjustments to the census return to ensure that should a new academy decide to retain the previous school's data, the DfE census reflects the new school.

    The data will remain after the template is deleted.

    We do not believe that there is a software fault. On occasions there has been a suggestion that a member of staff has deleted records.

    In Control Panel chose default programs. My guess is that the program set to open the file type is InfoPath

    I raised this today but no progress on this one yet I'm afraid. We believe it is caused, as reported in this thread, by a change in the way in which queries are analysed by SQL. We are in discussions with MS. I would hold off moving to SQL2014.

    There is a flag to prevent teacher comments from coming through to parents which safeguards the problem described by @fiza. This way parents see the standard behaviour description and date only.

    Search for "mapping" in MyAccount and the manual is listed on the right of the display

    @bobsmith - its things like only the first exam entry counts - retakes don't increase your score.

    As with all cloud solutions you will need a reliable Internet connection. Azure is hugely scalable - performance will not be a problem.

    Our (SIMS) approach is to say which strands have been mastered. There is an expectation on how much of a year's curriculum is to be mastered but there are no national benchmarks. The spring release should give you a good idea of where we are going.
