    • Yep! I'm full of energy!
    • Only when forced to!

I rock climb, mountain bike and blow things outta the sky with my big gun - all very stress relieving!

None of this football lark - that's a girls game that ;)

*runs and hides*

(which incidentally i'm also very good at but dont think hide n seek can be defined as a real sport...yet...and I just started Bonsai as a hobby too)

I live next to the beach, so in the summer it's quite easy to go down for a swim around 6-7am/pm when all the tourists have left the beach, is very nice and relaxing, I try and bodyboard when i get the chance, but nothing serious.

Go for a walk along the prom quite often too!

I'm also seriously considering getting some rollerblades again, as they we're amazing fun! (i last had rollerblades about 10ish years ago).

The family got one of those cross-trainer thingys a few years ago, but it's just like that yellow pages advert "my life was really unorganised before i got this equipment" with all the clothes hung on it!

I always find gym style exercise too boring, i prefer going out and doing stuff that's fun and not just a chore.

My other half's carp angling seems to involve beer, pork pies and a fair amount of doing very little... not sure it counts strictly speaking!

Although he claims the hike to/from the lake towing his trolley laden with fishing gear is the exercise! :D

That's what OffRoad Vehicles are for. Can I suggest a Toyota Landcruiser or Landrover Defender? You can also sit in the wagon back bit and plug a fridge into the battery to keep the beer cold.

hmm i do do some dressage, but its mainly wandering around the countryside or blasting up a field flat out gallop...that's good fun and great for clearing the mind! but i don't take my riding too seriously, its meant to be fun after all!

Play 5-a-side twice a week and play for the staff team against the Sixth Form one night a week after school - they seem to kick me the hardest out of everybody though!

Hate the gym (boring) and doing any competitive sport

I do several high impact exercise classes a week, go running, and walk the dog twice a day.

That is apart from keeping a big house clean and running around after three teenagers!

Can't bear football but Welsh origins mean that watching Rugby Union is a religion, not a sport....

But then, I am old enough to remember JPR, JJ and the like.

Oh, and I used to play 7-a-side rugby in a men's team! (don't ask)

Indeed - best football game ever......

Better than Sensi ?

Yes!

I play football, only once a week but I do play for about 4 hours, love it. Also watch any football I can and Im a Reading season ticket holder

Thinking about playing squash sometime though

Ive got a bike and I'd like to say I cycle to work more than drive but its not quite true. As the weather gets nicer though I have less excuses not to do it, especially as I only live a few miles from school
