I may have wrong that read but it sounds like you have added the old head's email address as an alias to the new head's mailbox and it is failing when you try and add the old head's address as an alias to the deputy head's mailbox, is this correct? If so the reason it does not work is because you cannot add the same email address as an alias to two different mailboxes, you could either create a distribution group with the old head's email address with the new head and deputy head as members or convert the old head's mailbox to a shared mailbox and give the new head and deputy head permissions to it.

I may be wrong but I think you need enterprise clients for this.

You may need to Disable ErP/EuP in the BIOS if there is such an option.

I think that is a UAC issue, the previous builds seem to respect UAC group policy but this one does not seem to work. Try a local or MS account to confirm.

It requires exchange 2010 SP2 or higher.

Off the top of my head RM G series is Chenbro, the VeryPC Flex is Avance. The CiT cases are proper tinfoil and the PSU will be naff.
