The 10" Breakfast bap I just had in the canteen.

£3.50 for 2 Sausage, 3 Bacon, Spam, Mushrooms, a Fried Egg, Beans and Tomatoes, all inside a 10" bap. Washed down with lovely pot of Tetley's tea.

"Simply...having, a wonderful breakfast time!"

My wilson 5 hybrid club. Can even use it for chipping!

I'd forgotten I'd replaced my golf clubs this year....I do love my Taylormade Burner 09 Driver and the Taylormade Burner 09 Irons I bought this year (not forgetting the Vokey wedge and Odyssey Putter as well :-) ), made such a difference to my game. Just moved golf clubs and now I can't wait for the new season to start!

My new 22" TV for the bedroom, a nice xmas present for myself.

Also got hold of a nice 2nd hand Bang & Olufsen HiFi in the summer. Amazing what you can get when having a chat with your dentist when you've just occupied the last appointment of the day! :-)

I've got so much to choose from. 17" Dell Inspiron, 40" HD TV, Blu Ray Player, Macbook, iPhone 4.

Gotta be the MacBook I think. It's the fact that I can carry it with me to uni and not know about it when I get there because to be honest the Dell weighs an absolute ton. Closely followed by the iPhone which would win if the home button wasn't playing up :(

Is this via the blu-ray player (if so - what make/model)?

Si

Yes it is :) Its a Sony BDP-S370. It a What Hifi's multiple award winner as well! It was highly recommended to me by a friend who has one and I can see why now I have one.

It has a wired port as part of it for its Internet and you need to buy a Sony dongle if you want to use it wirelessly, its really thin in size which is great :) and very quiet in use. Cannot fault it yet at all :) Bit of looking around on the net you can get it for around the £100 area which I don't think is too bad really.

Bought a new TV on Monday. Nice 40" Samsung, was down from £577 to £477, but because someone wrote the price sticker out for the box wrong we got it for £377.

Bargain!

Chazzy, is that the dell xps M2010? (or whatever the modern equivelent is). Built one of those from spares/scrap a while ago and managed to nick the bluray player for myself. Quite impressed :D

Yeap, and it has no problems (rather rare for this laptop) it's built like a tank so you'll need Mr T to carry it for you. I call it the Transputer.

Why not make a Media Centre PC with a blu ray drive, HDD of choice and as long as all components are HDCP compliant ( Screen, graphics card etc ) it should be good to go for blu ray, mkv etc etc

Pretty sure power dvd will play back blu ray and you can use any other player of your choice to playback other formats :D

So am ok - would be nice to replace my DVD with a Bray player though.
