At least it's a 4G pitch so it won't be frozen, better get out there with a brush and start sweeping :)

We were meant to be heading up to Gloucestershire this afternoon for a basketball match, thankfully that was PP'd at 7am this morning

 

Pitch inspection at 1.30 !

 

I'm watching the CCTV cameras - it's melting slowly on the surrounding tarmac - but I just can't see 4 inches shifting in 4 hours !

Not quite on Snow day, as school is open, but been told not to travel in as I live in rural area so updating website & doing as much as possible from home. Saves me at least an hour's drive each way :whoo:

I'm amazed how quickly it's disappearing...

 

Annoying - could have done without playing :( - gonna be bitter out there later in the wind!

 

 

It's so warm today its burning right away. Last night i could understand why schools closed, but today i woke up and all the roads and pavements are clear

It’s flipping cold here ... +1 “feels like -5 ... grey skies, bitter wind. The snow we got last night (not a lot) is showing no sign of departing

 

My sister lives in the Derbyshire Peak District. These photos are of her dog walking route this morning

Wish i had a dash cam.... had to take my missus home today and she lives in a village only accessible by back roads. Saw some amazing snow drifts! Higher than my car in places.
