Printers, Projectors, PC's, Phones, Parent Pay, PSF, Parents, Pupils and people in general.

 

On a side note printers with WiFi builtin, why just why!

For me the axis of evil is Java, Flash and people's fingers.

Day to Day admin of MIS systems (i.e.user permissions it is not my call what users have access to what)

NON URGENT Problems being emailed to the team instead of put on the helpdesk because multiple people start working on them at the same time.

Printers - when students send 20GB docs full of huge resolution photos that aren't needed at anything like that size.

Printers - during enrolment when users send word documents to card printers causing the print queue to lock up.

I'm going to buck the trend and say I actually quite like printers and associated issues. It's often an excuse to get out of the office and regularly 'means the world' to the user who's printing problem you have resolved.

Printers. Oh how I loathe printers. I have worked in IT for about 15 years and printers are still as bad now as they were then.

 

Software with a non-standard installer and no documentation. Perhaps this applies more to primary software but why oh why, when we have a few different deployment methods with standard install switches would you create a custom installer without telling us anything about how it works. Grrrr.
