I myself don't like selling old consoles etc, i'd rather keep them even if they are in the loft etc. I also keep the majority of my games, though by no means keep every one! (I've attempted chronological order..) Sega Mega Drive and Mega CD (Sonic probably my favourite game on it, i also liked Super Monaco GP, Streets of Rage) Sega Saturn (Sega Rally, Virtua Fighter 2, Magic Carpet were stand out games for me) Game Boy Colour (The see through purple one!) (Pokemon....) (both of these were technically my Dads so he kept them when i moved out ) Sega Dreamcast (Skies of Arcadia @sonofsanta, Soul Caliber, Re-Volt, Metropolis Street Racer) Original Xbox (Halo, Conflict: Desert Storm, Need For Speed Underground 2) Xbox 360 (Halo (again) , Fable, Burnout Paradise) Nintendo DS (Pokemon, Mario Kart, Final Fantasy 3) Wii (Zelda: Twilight Princess/Skyward Sword, Mario Kart, Super Mario Bros) PS3 (Skyrim, COD:MW2 , Uncharted) Wii U (Nintendo Land, Mario Kart, ZombiU) PS4 (Fallout 4, Rocket League, Destiny) Probably a few games I've missed off the list that I've forgotten about, obviously the list isn't exhaustive. cherd84 Posted February 3, 2016 Posted February 3, 2016 My collection's a bit lighter than these but here goes:- NES - Konami Hyper Soccer, Battletoads Mega Drive - Road Rash II, Streets of Rage XB 360 - Deus Ex: Human Revolution, Fallout 3, Batman: Arkham Asylum, GTA IV (could name lots more) XB1 - Watch Dogs, AC Black Flag, I have to include Xbox Fitness on this, nearly 1000G on that! Bending the rules slightly but I had an Amiga that I only ever used for gaming so - Alien Breed, Sensible Soccer, Monkey Island.

Jet Set Willy, Tomahawk (with a dual joystick setup!) Sega Megadrive. Toe Jam and Earl, Streets of Rage, Sonic. Sega Game Gear. Sonic again. PS1. FF VII, Koudelka, Tekken. Gameboy Advance. Harvest Moon, various FF and JRPGs. PS3. Current console.

One of the best IMO, right behind the master system (purely for alex kidd) XD I've had: NES (Mainly Mario) SNES (Mario & Super Street Fighter 2) Gameboy Colour (Nothing but Pokemon and Spiderman XD) Nintendo 64 (Super Mario 64, worms and a racing game I can't remember... Not Mario Karts however) More of a sega fan however Megadrive 1 & 2 (Sonic, Super Monaco, Streets of Rage 1,2&3, Bubsy, James Pond, Desert Strike, Jungle Strike, Urban Strike... I could go on all day. But I won't) Saturn (Sega Rally, Daytona, Virtua Fighter, Aliens... I'm sure there are more, but I can only think of the ones I've currently got in my collection). Gamegear (Just about everything listed for megadrive) Master System (Purely for alex kidd) I still have many of them now too Along with the more recent ones that I have with too many games to even mention: PS1 PS2 PS3 Xbox Xbox 360 Wii Holding off from the PS4/XB1 until the cost comes down or a major title I really want to play is released. That would be G. Ceara, at the start of the second season, very annoying, but there's a clip on youtube of someone managing it.

My list of consoles (I think in order of when I owned them) and notable games, I still have most of these as well. Atari 2600 C64 - Fiendish Freddy's Bigtop of Fun, I remeber this being a really fun game to play with a group of people. Myth - Awesome platformer at the time but I could never get past the 3rd level. Master System - I only had this for a little while but remember alex the kid. Amiga 1200 - Not technically a console but was used mostly for gaming. So many amazing games. Chaos Engine, Cannon fodder, Settlers. SNES - The best console ever made. Me and my brother in law spent many, many late nights completing Zelda and Super Mario World together. There were a ton of amazing games for this console which are still fun to play today (Star fox, pilotwings, Mario Cart). Also remember the big bazooka like light gun, I still have that. Game Boy - Tetris and Mario stick out in my mind the most but there where quite a few fun games Playstation - Completely mind blowing graphics when it came out and was backed up by an amazing catalog of games. Tomb Raider, Pro Evo Soccer and Grand Tourismo where my favorites. Dreamcast - Saga bass fishing, Crazy taxi and house of the dead were all great fun. Gameboy Advanced - Final Fantasy tactics and SO much emulation stuff. I got ones of these to leave in the car to kill time between jobs and had all the NES,SNES and GB roms on it Playstation 2 - Same as the PSC games Nintendo DS -Same as the GBA except including GBA roms now Xbox 360 - I actually got one of these quite a long time after they were released. I was mostly into PC gaming but picked one up as my nephews had one and wanted me to play online with them. We have gone through about 6 of them in our house now and still have 2 set up ready to go with enough spare parts to keep them running until the end of time. Wii - Honestly the most under used console I have ever owned. Fun for group party games but not found any game on there that I would play by myself. Playstation 3 - Has been played for a total of about 100 hours in the 3 or 4 years we have owned it. My Mrs thought it would be a good idea to get it for our youngest for xmas (there is only 1 game he wanted on it) and it would double up as a bluray player (we don't own a single bluray disk). Xbox one - This is more for my kids then anything (we actually have 2 in the house). I'm actually not impressed with the current gen consoles and given the price I think its better to just build a mid range gaming PC. Wii U - Another one my Mrs got for our youngest this last Christmas. Played the hell out of it for about 3 days and hasn't touched it since. Splatoony and Mario Maker are fun in short bursts but have limited long term appeal and there are very few other games which are even half way interesting.
