I very happy to be the one announcing that VeryPC will be turning 10 years old on Sunday February 16th 2014 this month. To celebrate, we're going to give away an awesomely specced Nano Sketch to one lucky winner. It's actually a review model that is with expertreviews.co.uk as I type (review not published just yet), and when it gets back we'll be laser etching it up with any design the winner fancies before we send it off to the lucky blighter. Here's the way-too-good-to-be-packed-into-that-tiny-chassis spec of this wee beasty: CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-3517U 1.9GHz (3.0 GHz turbo) dual core (4 thread) energy efficient processor RAM: 16GB sodimm DDR3 1600 Hard drives: 120GB SSD plus 1TB HDD combo (yep - that's a combo with TWO drives, NOT a hybrid with a little bit of flash cache) OS: Windows 8.1 64bit 2 year warranty ...and you get to personalise it any way you want!* *Within reason I mean! We'll draw and announce the winner on Monday 17th February. Since this competition is for our birthday and all about having been around for 10 years, we are making it super-inclusive and opening it up to all of our customer base, rather than just keeping it an EduGeek exclusive like before. We want anyone who has heard of or only just discovered VeryPC to have a chance this time, so you or whoever can also enter on our website by filling in a simple form. Only one entry per person; we'll use the information you submit to deduplicate entries prior to drawing the winner. VeryPC employees, associates, partners plus their friends and families are not eligible to enter. The winner will be selected at random from all entrants on Monday 17th February 2014. The prize is set by VeryPC and not exchangable for any other goods or money. The contact information submitted will be used to contact the winner and deliver the prize. If the first winner drawn cannot be contacted before 28th February 2014, another winner will be drawn and we'll let everybody know what is happening too. The Nano Sketch given as the prize has a 2 year collect and return warranty (only applicable in the UK) provided by VeryPC. We may get in touch with you from time to time with interesting news, but we promise not to subject you to a deluge of spam or share your info with anyone else; that just wouldn't be cool.
