Hi Guys, Age has caught up with me and now after all this time have to wear glasses, I picked some prescription ones up from boots earlier in the year. I found a lovely pair of frames that I got off ebay and wanted to get them reglazed with my prescription. Hi Peeps, Just need a bit of guidance need to get a few wireless cards for some old RM ecoquiets. the mainboard is this one. http://support.rm.com/_RMVirtual/Media/Downloads/i45GMt-HR_Manual.pdf I did a test purchase of a single card form a supplier however it did not fit being the incorrect PCI type could anyone point me in the right direction i think it might be hard to source since its good few years old? Ha ha no that was a last minute dash to tesco the night before because i totally forgot. I don't have much at my flat in terms of snacks and temptations. I just make sure i have tea coffee biscuits and soft drinks for guests. Cant put others out lol. I did recently purchase a sous vide machine so will experiment with water bath cooking soon.

So easy to whip up a cheese sarnie :| so yeah sure why not My day is smoothie in the morning, Meal replacement powder for lunch (Just for now will replace with a meal) and a proper meal after work which usually is oven backed chicken some cous cous and veggies. I have cut out fizzy drinks all together and try not to have sugary sweets and stuff etc.

Thats the one thing I'm lacking right now motivation to get into the gym or physical activity. I have been keeping my diet more or less on point and am around 12 1/2 stone just need to keep at it is all. Work is good since I'm constantly moving around and not sitting still I try to use the stairs instead of the lifts.
