Just as I sent that...others now having the issue in Chrome and Edge. Some users able to get into it in Edge and some not at all. I've just reported the issue in M365 admin centre health as couldn't see it listed there. - - - Updated - - - We tried this but still no good...

Yes! Strangely enough works fine when opening in Edge, but getting that exact error when opening in Chrome. Interestingly, there are a few users who are fine opening in Chrome on both Mac and Windows. Can't really pinpoint the issue...

Do you have your own device to engrave your other devices? Would be interested to know what you use!

Not sure if it helps, but we create a 'intranet' style home page in Google sites with links to users most used URL's. Then set to open at start up for the users we choose via Google Workspace. Works really well, simple to use and to update and looks good.

We did have one that wasn't being used. I'll have a trawl through and if I can find it I'll message you!

Having a bit of an issue with this. Have followed steps and the printer installs on the device but keep getting the error around detection. I've tried a few different registry entries for detection but still seems to be failing despite the key being there. Have checked the Intune logs on the device and it says applicationDetected: False. Any idea where I'm going wrong here? Have attached screenshots... EDIT: Here is my detection policy: Key Path: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\PrinterPorts Value name: House Office Canon Detection Method: Value exists

Don't suppose you would mind sharing your setup/config policies for your Android phones in Intune at all? Something we've been meaning to look at for a little while now.

Is this possible to deploy via Intune?

We are a full Canon estate and have been trialling UniFLOW Online at one our sites for the past few months. Absolutely love it despite some of the comments I've seen about it in some threads here. Hoping to roll it out to our other schools this year.

We were told the same. 'Sometimes we have unmanaged accounts for our smaller customers'. We are a group of 7 schools paying a fortune for their services...

You should be able to make firewall changes yourself through the SafetyNet portal. I agree though, support and replies from our account manager are very hard to come by of late which is really disappointing.

You could always use the policy lookup tool to check by user?

Shoot. Have you recently applied the policies? It can take a week for the correct policies to get to the correct mailboxes...

After spending an obscene amount of time on this I think I've managed to get it working using the attached powershell script. Just make sure to add your global admin details at the start of the script to connect to the security and compliance powershell and the exchange online powershell.
