  1. So you just need to amend it so that it looks like the below.
  2. Can you post a screenshot of your detection rules?
  3. Just to chuck my 2 cents in...we prefer to use the Outlook app so have pushed that as the client to use. Also helps because we've got some app protection policies set up in Intune for it. Will be honest I didn't even look to see if this was doable with the iOS Mail app though.
  4. This is what we do using Intune: /forums/cloud-services/234023-intune-printer-deployment-guide.html
  5. Idiot alert...need to actually have someone invited to the meeting for the breakout room setting to show.
  6. Hi all, Trying to set up a Teams Meeting and pre configure breakout rooms beforehand. All how to guides have led me to believe when creating a meeting in my Teams calendar, I should have an option 'Breakout Rooms', however I don't see it as per pic below. I've highlighted in red where I would expect to see this. I've had a look in the Teams admin centre but can't find any reference to breakout rooms at all. We can create them during the meeting but ideally would like to do beforehand. Does anyone have any information at all on this? We are using A1. Many thanks
  7. I suppose depends on how you plan to publish, but Canva is good and the pro tier is free for education
  8. Resurrecting this thread...anyone else want to share their background/login screens? We are considering a redesign possibly with a QR code on to submit an IT ticket from a mobile device. A designer am I not though, so again looking for a bit of inspiration for something that actually looks good.
  9. Normally through the Admin Centre > Support > Help and Support > Start typing your problem and when it doesn't appear you can click on the 'Contact Support' button in the bottom left. Hope that helps
  10. Hero...just saved me a lot of time and faff. Thanks again!
  11. Apologies to resurrect and slightly hijack this thread... We have been using PaperCut MF with MiFare 4K cards, but have recently switched over to using UniFLOW which comes with a different reader. This reader is giving us different card token ID's. For instance: PaperCut: 3664013c UniFLOW: 3c016436 Does anyone have any funky formula for converting our PaperCut token ID's to UniFLOW ones? Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!
  12. +1 for Microsoft Lists > SharePoint for asset tracking
  13. Surprising the amount of schools that don't have this set up, including some of the schools listed in that article...
  14. Use ID cards and pre provision...don't use PIN
  15. Hi all, Just wondering if anyone has used Power Automate or something similar to successfully keep a Google Shared Drive in sync with a SharePoint Site? Is it possible/a good idea? Thanks!
  16. We use a Nest doorbell and have been pretty happy with it
  17. Cool...so it was definitely me just being a massive idiot. Reading back the instructions it's so obvious I had to put Name in there rather than my printer name. What an idiot. Thank you so much, all working perfectly now.
  18. Just remade the whole thing from scratch, but same outcome and same error regarding detection.
  19. Thanks so much to everyone who reccomended Krystal. Just transferred one of our domains across and the process was surprisingly painless, and their customer support was great.
  20. I guess there is a case to be made for using a VPN in this scenario about privacy/security. For instance if your users decide to join public WiFi networks (against policy) in the holidays/evenings/weekends...
  21. This sounds interesting...I remember trying to find this solution a good few years ago but to no avail. How do you do this?
  22. https://al-support.apple.com/#/additional-support With the caveat that you must have proof of purchase for the device.
  23. Of course, please find below. Thanks so much for taking a look.
