Very basic troubleshooting, but is the LA sending to an alias rather than the actual email address of the users? I know we've had this issue in the past with accessing our LA's SharePoints. Could be worth a quick look...

We've just implemented UniFLOW Cloud at one of our primaries...so far so good. Will look to roll this out to our others at some point.

This is what we do. We did it for all users and now it's part of our user creation work flow. Annoying extra step and even more annoying you can't do more than 10 seconds, but it's better than not having it.

Agreed on all points. On the superiority note to reference our exchange in a previous thread, it's a bit like those who drink black coffee and believe that is the only way to do so...

We use Intune which isn't the best MDM I've ever used to manage our iPads, but love having all of our devices under one roof (apart from our Chromebooks). I genuinely think for the price (thinking 9th Gen) iPads are the best tablets (f that is specifically what you are looking for) you can buy. I definitely think they have their place in education, but I do agree there is sometimes a lack of understanding from those who just want shiny new things. It's also unfair to ask people to just make them work without providing the proper resources/tools/funding to do so. I won't lie, I'm amazed at the amount of hate Apple gets on this site. No matter your thoughts/feelings towards Apple, you will encounter their devices 9 times out of 10 in an IT role, and sort of washing your hands with the whole ecosystem doesn't particularly look good if 'IT Manager/IT Technician/etc is your job role in my opinion.

You can supervise without buying a mac using Apple School Manager and having your reseller import your devices.

We've been advised by our DPO to set our retention policy for email to 1 year. Not sure what your policy states currently with regard to email?

After a remote support session with Microsoft we are still seeing this issue. They are now 'checking their backend'.

Not sure if it helps, but we sent our forms off early January this year, and the ETA given to us was sometime between August and December 2024.

Hi all, Have previously set a retention policy in the Compliance admin centre under Data Lifecycle Management > Retention, however I'm now unable to add or amend policies...the option to do so just doesn't show. Am using a global admin account but still nothing. Anyone have any ideas?

We pay per user license at around £6-£7 a year...think this also comes with free student allocation but we don't use this.
