Our HR Dept get applications via email along with attachments. They would like to save the content of the email and the attachments together as sometimes the email content itself has pertinent information to the application. Is there an easy way to save this combined info to a Google Shared Drive? We tried saving the email as a PDF and this did work and had the attachments added to the PDF but when trying to open the attachments it seems to be just a link to the gmail account that recieved the email so any members of the shared drive cannot access the attachments.

We use https://enviroelectronics.co.uk/ They provide a bin and we fill it up. Once full we organise a collection and they replace the bin with an empty one. There is no charge for us. Works out really well for us as we don't need to store old equipment in the building until it is collected.

Thanks @rogerdnixon I was hoping it would have been easier. You would think Google would make it easy given how many schools are joining Academies. We will have 5 Google Workspace domains that will need joining at some point!

We have 2 existing seperate Google domains for 2 of our Schools. Is it possible to make one of them a subdomain of the other without losing any data or user accounts?

I need to automate the addition of email addresses from a Google Sheet into a Google group. I have found a script which is supposed to do this. It gets as far as picking up the first email address in cell B2 but then gives an error. I should add that the Google Sheet is populated from a Google Form so I need the script to run each time the Google form is completed and the sheet gets updated. I am hoping someone can help me with this, never messed with Apps Script before. In AD we have always had 8 character passwords. To encourage longer passwords what is the easiest way to move from minimum 8 character passwords to minimum 12? Do we have to force users to change passwords in one go? Can we set a password change to a 12 character one at next password change?

Not related to your Adobe issue but you mentioned that MDT is being phased out? I haven't seen anything about this and we rely on MDT for our deployments. Any links you could point me to for more info on this?

Unfortunately a reboot didnt help! Is there any way to save the database but remove Veeam and install fresh again?

I have Veeam B&R 11 installed on a server. It was working fine before Christmas and today was the first time I tried to log in to it but now trying to open the Console does nothing. It refuses to start in the Event logs I get the errors below Anyone seen this before?

Ok, am I going crazy here or what? I raised a ticket with Smoothwall about this bbc news issue. Just had an email back from a "Triage Engineer" to say; . Apparently because "Body Piercing and Tattoo" comes under Core Blocked Content he then said; Surely Core Blocked Content should always be blocked or am i misunderstanding?? I quickly changed Core Blocked Content back to Always Block!

We have just had a new AXIS PA System installed but it doesnt come with any built in sounds. The company have given us some sound files but none of them are suitable for what we want. We are going to use it for announcements but also want to use it for initiating lockdowns so need an alarm sound that is different to the normal fire alarm sound.Does anyone know of a good site that can provide different alarm sounds for a PA system? I have had a look at a few sites that I googled but none have decent alarm sounds.

We use Notify and as far as I am aware it doesnt stack notifications when we use it. The only time I have seen stacked messages is when the staff member has locked a machine and walked off. It will only send messages to machines that have a logged in Staff user. We also have altered lunchtimes during exam season and we can quickly change the time any scheduled message goes out.

I have raised a ticket but I am sure there was previously a different method of reporting a site that required recategorisation.

Can anyone tell me the URL I need to report a site to Smoothwall that they have categorised incorrectly in the filter list? I have used it before but can't seem to find it now.

The situation is this : To see if the video gets blocked we have to pay to watch the video as it's behind the paywall at the link given I wanted to know if Smoothwall treated paid for content on Vimeo differently?
