I've been asked to find out if there are any Google sheet extensions or Apps Script methods to trigger an email to go out based on the value of a cell in Google Sheets. The email recipient would be based on the value and the student year group the value relates to ie Y7 student hits a target or falls below a target and then email gets sent to Year Lead. I have seen some examples of Apps Scripts but I think some of these are dated as they have not worked for me so far.

ON my test iPhone in Safari the certificate shows as not trusted when I look at the details. The certficate is just called "smoothwall"

I have raised a ticket with Smoothwall but thought I may get a quicker answer on here. This may be a silly question but we are utilising Ruckus DPSK for staff to connect to WiFi. They need to then authenticate to Smoothwall so that it knows if they are staff or students. I have set up the Smoothwall so it redirects them to the SSL Login page but instead of going directly to the page it first throws up a certificate (page is insecure) error. I have already installed the Smoothwall HTTTPS Inspection certificate onto the device so does the SSL page require a different certificate and that is why it's throwing up the certficate error?

I wonder whose idea it was to do a major upgrade in the second week of the new term? I know the product is international but I bet the majority of customers are UK based. I have already emailed them asking about compensation but have not received a reply. I did receive a "How likely are you to recommend Room Booking to a friend or colleague?" email !!

According to their status page Room Booking is operational but our SSO is not working.We can get into the Admin Panel just fine so looks like SSO is still broken. Anyone confirm if they can get in using SSO?

There is a wall vent that goes out to the corridor. The Premises Manager is looking to see if he can replace that with an extractor fan.

Recently after some refurb work at the school we had to put 2 switches into what was a storage cupboard. Now we have had to add another switch and an Amplifier for the PA system which overall is now causing the room to be very warm. One of the switches is showing iminent fan failure. I want to find a way to cool the room. Is the only option to get AC installed?

I am looking at implementing 2FA for us IT Techs when logging into servers either remotely or at the console. There seems to be a free version of Duo but I cannot tell if it integrates with Windows to provide 2FA or whether it's one of the paid versions. What are folks using for 2FA for Server logins please? I am looking to replace an old HP A5120-48G EI switch and was looking at the Aruba Instant On JL686A 1930 switch. It comes with 48 ports and POE+ and 10G SFP+ ports for less than £800. It will be an edge switch carrying voice and data so is there anything wrong with buying a 1930? It seems so much cheaper than a standard Aruba switch with 10G SFP+ ports no PoE!!

Sorry to ressurect this old thread but I have a similar issue. Our MDT process starts building the image, boots into windows and gets to around 55% and then we get an error; We know the driver is an Intel_I219 driver and we have ensured it is injected in the WinPE and the Out of Box Drivers section. When we get the error we can then manually install the driver using the same files we injected and then the imaging continues and completes successfully. We are using MDT version 6.3.8456.1000 and ADK version 10.1.19041.1 including the WinPE addon Installer. Which I believe are the latest. Any ideas please?

Firewall doesnt seem to be the issue, we have 2 NVRs and the other one connects fine on the same VLAN. Gateway is correct on the NVR. Seems to be an issue with the NVR as it is now not working on the original VLAN it has been working on for the last few years! I would like to reboot the NVR but as I am not directly responsible for it I am reluctant to do it.

I seem to have an issue with this Dahua NVR. I needed to change the VLAN that it sat on, it has picked up a DHCP issued IP on the new VLAN but when I put this IP address in a browser it doesn't connect to the NVR. I know the VLAN settings are correct otherwise it would not pick up the DHCP IP address. Anyone any ideas please?

I need to move my Veeam install to a new server so I am following the instructions on Veeam's website . I have created a configuration backup on the existing server and the instructions say to use this to restore the config on the target server but state that I must copy the backup file to the target server beforehand. How do I do this? There does not seem to be a restore to different location option for configuration backups. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

I've been asked to look at what is available to video lessons. I am aware of IRIS Connect but seems to be on the expensive side. What, if anything, do your schools use for this type of thing?

I am setting it to (Default) Don't allow users to access any third-part apps. In that way I will get informed of any sites that users are connecting to using their Google IDs. Approving them is a simple process so I am happy to stick to that for now.
