    Can you access via OWA? What does Exch RCA report? Is encryption on or off in the OLK profile? Is Exchange hosted? Do you have access to it?

    Outlook 2013 should use autodiscover, let it discover and configure profile, don't set anything in your GPO or mandortary profile for Outlook.

    Has to be a critical business reason and even then it may still take time, several weeks. The percentage of this getting through is low but IF there is a critical reason and you can justify/prove this, then you may succeed. But I don't see a reason here?

    At the moment you cant mix service subscriptions just yet. If you go to A3 then you can just put them in hold, no need to archive.

    Depending on your reason to speed the upgrade it may be possible but the reason must be good.

    Can you export them and import into test account?

    As long as the recipients exist and those net devices are using Exch as an relay it will deliver there. When Exch does recipient res, it will find the users in AD and deliver. Either use Google relay if they have one, of remove those recipients and create contacts.

    If no open relay then it just says to me that your Exch server was not protected enough by AV/AS? What product was you using?

    Strange that creating the connector solved the issue, those are normally fine, either they work or not, sounds like yours was intermittent (Haven't read all your post). Post back if all goes wrongs again.

    Been busy with O365 stuff...not quite like on-prem Exchange. So how about you create a Personal Tag and then allow users to apply that to the items. Dont apply a RPT to the deleted/sent items.....that should work, set the appropriate action.

    Use exfolders or if there's another owner ask them to set permissions.

    Personal tags cannot be applied to default folders. Only RPT. Why would you want this?

    I can't think of anything practical now, exchange shares on a calendar basis.

    Creating new contacts isnt an issue? Arr they local contacts/groups or in thr GAL?
