Topic ideas include: What is Microsoft Teams? What is a Team? What are the different types of teams? What's the difference between SharePoint/Teams/OneDrive? When should I use which? What's the best place to save certain types of documents? Version History Recycle Bin What's the difference between chat, posts and announcements? When should I use which? How do I make sure staff are informed but not too many notifications? etc etc

It might worth defining what's required for a "digital strategy". Is it only about systems, licensing and infrastructure or does it include how teachers will use technology for teaching, automation of school admin processes etc?

So what was the actual issue? We had many instances where the OneNote Windows 10 app didn't work (but it worked in OneNote desktop) but I couldn't find it reported anywhere on Microsoft's dashboards.

Writing on the screen does not require any pairing. First check the AAAA batteries are in then and around the correct way and test it on another Surface device (if you have any). If you've got any other Surface pens try them on the new devices to check the drivers.

I've not got one or seen one but am familiar with the Surface pens. I'm not sure you can pair it. See here: Identify your Surface Pen and features (microsoft.com) Out of interest, what are you hoping to use the pairing for? To launch applications? To use Find my pen?
