I've found its something to do with CrossDeviceServices.exe if I end task on that Exe and then restart explorer the start menu works again. Any ideas Thanks

Hi there We have a gremlin appearing with a few users, they are all using same build and versions of Windows and Office. However have a few where Edge, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Chrome or Firefox will just close randomly. I have users that this happening daily and others that it happened for a couple of days and hasn't happened for the last couple of weeks now. You reopen Edge and it asks if you want to restore the tabs. Nothing seems to be on the Event logs to pinpoint what's happening. Windows build being used is fully patched Edge is the latest version Tried new user profile and still the same. Any ideas Thanks

Hi there We have moved to exchange online and started to use New Outlook due to public folders and shared mailboxes etc. We have found New Outlook works much better then Office 2024 Outlook or Office 365 Outlook and we now are experiencing some users that when they try and print any email it just shuts New Outlook and doesn't print. They can print from Outlook online, or Classic Outlook fine. We have removed and readded the printer, its set as default. New user profile. Disabled "Use graphics acceleration when available" in Edge Updated New Outlook and Edge to latest version Any one come across this issue? Thanks

I'm looking to role out a deployment of 25h2 however we use roaming profiles and it seems to break the search. New profile and it works fine. Any help would be great Many thanks
