I've found its something to do with CrossDeviceServices.exe if I end task on that Exe and then restart explorer the start menu works again. Any ideas Thanks

Hi there We have a gremlin appearing with a few users, they are all using same build and versions of Windows and Office. However have a few where Edge, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Chrome or Firefox will just close randomly. I have users that this happening daily and others that it happened for a couple of days and hasn't happened for the last couple of weeks now. You reopen Edge and it asks if you want to restore the tabs. Nothing seems to be on the Event logs to pinpoint what's happening. Windows build being used is fully patched Edge is the latest version Tried new user profile and still the same. Any ideas Thanks

Hi there We have moved to exchange online and started to use New Outlook due to public folders and shared mailboxes etc. We have found New Outlook works much better then Office 2024 Outlook or Office 365 Outlook and we now are experiencing some users that when they try and print any email it just shuts New Outlook and doesn't print. They can print from Outlook online, or Classic Outlook fine. We have removed and readded the printer, its set as default. New user profile. Disabled "Use graphics acceleration when available" in Edge Updated New Outlook and Edge to latest version Any one come across this issue? Thanks

Hi there We are just tinkering with starting to use OneDrive for a small amount of users. I'd like if possible to deploy OneDrive and have it auto load and auto sign them into it. Our computers on an AD domain but not Azure Users are AD synced to Azure Using Roaming profiles I've had a look and setup one user and if i manually signed in it worked fine, however when i rebooted i had to sign back in again and setup again. The permission are set the same on the path “Documents” as they are on drive letter. As I said it can create the folders and files fine however it then doesn’t load them.

Hi there I've got a problem with Adobe animate, when the program it creates a folder in the home drive called Adobe which contains all the assets etc. However when you look at the assets which the software they don't show until you hover over them. If you drag then to the page they show and work. I've found from the logs that it uses the mapping for "Documents" not the home folder mapping within a user. The "Documents is set to the same path and permission seem fine as it can create folder and files in the first place. If i change the "Documents" to local drive letter it works fine or if i change it to the drive letter of the mapped home drive that also works. Any ideas ? Otherwise what problems might it cause if i set "Documents" to point to the drive letter rather than the full path Thanks
