Exclaimer is what has been used for ours and a few others I know. I've always been told images shouldn't be in email signatures as like mentioned above they can be blocked, also in plain text they do not always display properly. It's a pet hate of mine. Just keep it simple as: Name Job Title - Orginisation Tel (weather DDI or main switch) Any text you want to add as a disclaimer type thing.

None here, never had to put any in, did ask PaperCut if there was any and they said no not unlike some other similar software.

Key thing is checking where all the wires end up as they might come into the building different but down the street all end up in the same duct defeating the object. 4G/5G if in a good coverage area I think is probably best way to go. Sharp have just launched their smallest A3 colour MFD in a 20 and 25 page per minute range. It is the BP-20C25 or BP20C20. The brochure can be found here. It's 560mm square, not bad for a desktop A3 device.

Jobs don't appear as the pop up hasn't been selected, jobs will sit there for 10 minutes (default time setting) till you select an account. Presume students can print ok?

As above set it to authenticate per job but also do you have users charging to personal balances or use the pop up? If that latter you will need to go to papercutserver:9191/client and login and use the web based pop up. I think there is a script you can use for Chrome book printing to bypass this.

Waste toner just does in the bin simple as, always done that.

QNAP, got a couple at home and been great, would quite happily use in production. Synology also highly recommended and would be considered if I was to buy another one, both score for me.

Any idea on how it works? I presume you need to use a third party option to automate it all? Is there anyway data can be missed and not transferred i.e. odd emails, some files in OneDrive? Recently been through a process, out of my control but little to no big experience like this with O365 just wanting to know a bit more on the process.

I don't think you can search on blank in PaperCut, you can if you know what it should be i.e. Admin. As PaperCut will be pulling from AD its easier to do it in there.

Go into AD and create a new query at the top of your structure, use the options there to filter by department.

Filter you users without a department specified in AD, I think you can report via department user in PaperCut but will need to run a scheduled report and do it that way I think.

Check task scheduler on the PC but also the profile tab on the user, is there any login scripts set there and if you have copied and pasted users it could have transferred from one to the other.

PaperCut all the way. Also 17 MFD's for 150 users that is a lot. Reduce your MFD fleet down and it would pay for PaperCut.

I've had a similar issue recently with a RDS desktop, try FoxIt reader and see if that works.
