Looking for IWB supplier recommendations

I would give VeryPC a call, they have always been competitive and the after sales has been great. -
I think its included in the educational version. The only bit I think might be missing is actually pushing the apps out, but you can make a school app store with all the apps in.

Can I remove the 'Trusted Device' request from our iPads

@Rob_D Just went to Apple School Manager. The login does except the schools vpp user account, should I be using this or setting a new account up? -

OK, this is all starting to click together. Sorry for my slow take-up. I do have a couple more questions. What if they have already been added using AC2, is it an issue not being able to remove the profile? I believe everything is currently setup on the mac, using AC2, what happens if the mac dies? I am assuming it is possible to purchase a new mac mini, install AC2 and somehow have all the profiles and settings restored. - - - Updated - - - Thanks, I will take a look at doing that -
We have an error with the Sims documentation not opening from within Sims, and need to add the correct location to the sims.ini. I was then think if I do that at each workstation, would it not get removed when the next update comes out? Open to other ideas

Can I remove the 'Trusted Device' request from our iPads

Some more basic questions - sorry. 1.How do I access or control VPP? I just have a username and password. 2.How do I access or control DEP? -
I have just noticed that after the LA installed Solus3 on the schools servers they did not setup the Sims.ini file to be deployed. We do have connect.ini and fmsconnect.ini listed in solus3. So whats the best way of setting up solus3 to deploy the Sims.ini file? Do I copy the Sims.ini file from the C:\Windows folder on the server or from a client? If I pick one from a client, when I hit deploy will it overwrite the Sims.ini file installed on the server? Cheers

I am going to start a new post for my question above :0)

If we went with something like Mosyle MDM - https://manager.mosyle.com/ would we still need the Mac mini with AC2, VPP etc, or does that replace everything? The reason I ask is not only does it look like the schools MAC mini is on its last legs and will need replacing soon, but the apple software for controlling their own products seems horrible and I don't want to invest a crazy amount of time learning AV2 or school manager if we can use something else. -
We currently do not have any Sims.ini file pushed out from Solus3, but we do for connect.ini & fmsconnect.ini. If I add a sims.ini will the file that is pushed out from Solus also overwrite the ini file on the Sims server. I assume they have different paths in the file such as d:/Sims or S:/Sims

Its on 17763.475. If you scroll to the last post in your link the issue is still present in other builds No - Can I just download the ISO from the MS evaluations download page? - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/evaluate-windows-server-2019 Also, when I try to follow some of the information to check the following policy- gpedit > computer configuration > admin templates > windows components > data collection and preview builds I do not even have admin templates as an option Yes, updates seem OK So at this point, unless anyone has any great ideas I think my main question is, am I able to use the ISO file on the MS evaluations download page, will it work with a MAK key?

Local Authority Already tried that I have started looking through the links above. one of the Windows 10 fixes is to change Diagnostics from Basic to Full. When I checked, it was already on Full, so I though I would bounce it to Basic and back, but now Full is greyed out. Just tried a reboot but still cant select Full. I will find the answer even if it takes all year :0)

All my primary schools use MFA already so having SSO just makes sense. It's probably a main reason are are not getting Arbor UPDATE: We recently had a demo and were told it was not supported, but reading the previous posts it looks like it might be. I'll contact them and check

Not even got as far as adding to domain Both rsop and gpresult give no clues. gpresult r/ lists there are no GPO's applied. One thing I have just noticed is if I click on the warning message it mentions I might be seeing the message if I have joined the insider update program, but this is a fresh install of the OS and I have not signed up to anything.

A school I recently took over has SmartNotebook 11 installed. They have purchased a new site licence so I want to remove V11 before installing the new software. I remember from years ago that it was not a good idea to uninstall V11 using Windows built in add / uninstall page, as it does not fully uninstall everything, but I cant find the SMART uninstaller software on the laptops. The uninstall software should be in In... (Windows 7), select Start > All Programs > SMART Technologies > SMART Tools > SMART Uninstaller. Any thoughts how I can cleanly remove all the old SMART software and drivers?

Alternatives to SMART Notebook

They do now :0( the software goes in to restricted mode when the licence date expires. We have always just paid the small amount for the site licence as the teachers really love the software and it's not my place to make life harder for them.- 37 replies

Can I remove the 'Trusted Device' request from our iPads
TwistedHelixis replied to TwistedHelixis's topic in Mac
I think they already have that, I seem to remember VPP being on a password list I was given by the old tech. They might also have this as we had a faulty iPad that needed re building but it kept ignoring my setup settings. Is there an easy way to tell if they have VPP or School Manger already setup?
