I was in a similar posistion to yourself. I worked my backside off, and it took for someone to go off sick for me to show how good I was doing. What I would do is almost certainly set up a test server and xp workstation and mess around. That's what I did! Ask for more responsibility, give informed suggestions. Hi Got a teacher trying to play WAVs in Aduacity and when they import the WAV, and you click play - it does nothing! It doesn't work with all WAVs though, only intermittent. It has happened with 2 wav's so far. anyone with any ideas? (problem WAV attatached) ta, Rh91uk hooversound.zip

We;ve been told to basically give them read-only access to the courses etc that their pupil is enrolled on. Much in the planning stage, I can tell you!

I have been also told, in addition to using the SLG, that we have to have parental access in Moodle too.

Hi all Using SIMS.net here. Our cover manager gas been asked by our principal to print out a cover list which does not include the cover supervisors. Is there any way we can filter out who appears on the cover grid? Cheers, rh91uk

Yes you can - you need to set a x86 driver for the print server to serve out (Printer properties -> sharing -> additional options or something like that).

But the background location will surely be saved in their local profile so it won't matter...

It's not really. I was lucky - because we had a lot of new kit to play with this year I was able to set up two virtual servers - ran Moodle, Apache, PHP on one (also the moodledata store) and MYSQL on the other .. although many setups run fine with all running on one.

We use them on the Ricoh Click program and are replacing all of our printers with them. Depends if you want to look into MIS integration or AD integration - if so, then this will be useless....
