I love KSP but I'm also rubbish at it, you watch these videos on youtube of people launching space stations and sending shuttles up to dock with it and they make it look so easy, I tried it and think the closest I got the 2 things together was about 20km

@Tesla yeah You can't party up but if you and your mate both have a Rocket league account you can invite each other to games.

Bought Scrap mechanic and Rocket league over the weekend, been wanting Rocket league for a while but never got around to getting it, I hear that the online play is cross platform between PS4 and PC so I should be able to play with my PS4 mates. Scrap Mechanic looks pretty cool and has a lot of potential for an early access game, it's really fun if you love building stuff and messing about with physics then this is definitely a game to mess about with. I also complete the main story line on Fallout 4, feeling a bit meh with it now to be honest, I'll continue to play it on and off just to mess about but I think I'm done with it really.

Was trying to get my mate to stand in the centre of the picture and do some sort of dance but he just stood there looking at his phone and bottled it.

On the whole I'd say I'm happy the only problem I have with 10 is Edge browser is pants but a quick deployment of Chrome sorts that right out, I've done all of our classrooms and some of the Teacher laptops, I still need to do our laptop trolleys and suite. I find 7 quite clunky to use now if I'm honest.

I'd be tempted to go with a 980ti instead of the 2 970's you'll only have 4GB (3.5GB) with the SLi 970s but 6GB on the 980 and you can run 3 screens off of it Build looks good though, wish I had that amount to spend on mine

I like to use different colours for the servers, phones and wifi points too

I got this free with my graphics card and not even installed it yet

I'm definitely getting one, as to whether that one will be the Oculus or the Vive I've yet to determine, my PC is already capable (something I made sure of a good few months ago) so the price of the unit is all it'll cost me, I play a lot of racing games which I think will work really well with VR and those 360 degree videos that pop up every now and then on my facebook would be perfect for this. VR has had me intrigued since back in the early days so now it's "affordable for home use" I don't think I could really say no and I have to say I really want to walk around the street of San Andres in VR.

This time last year I was 100% getting a Rift when the consumer version was put on sale but now that that moment is here I'm more swayed towards the Vive, I'd love to support Oculus for what they've done in finally bringing VR to the home user but I can't justify buying it now to only be wishing I'd got down the Vive route come Christmas.

I'm pretty sure I heard about the clues on an episode of The Know on Youtube here it is
-
Rockstar have been dropping clues about it all over the place so it would make sense that they are holding back the backward compatible version to get people hooked again closer to RDR2 release

yep I've got VLC on my Windows 10 image and it works fine

Has anyone playing on PC tried any mods yet? I've messed about with a few, mainly to help with Settlement building and I tried a HD textures mod which doesn't look like it's made much of a difference but it's still early days for stuff like that. I also installed a mod that shows real world time on the loading screens so I don't loose track of time while I'm playing.

A quick scan through this may be a solution to your problem Booting a Windows Server Backup VHD in Hyper-V Thanks to @Arthur for the original link in a forum thread back in 2012

Get yourself an unused desktop pc and set it up as a secondary DC, it's the first thing I did when I started here. Only having a single DC has the potential to be a major headache as you are probably now well aware. If the hardware raid on the faulty server is still able to read the drive then you maybe be able to run some troubleshooting tools on the disk and get it booting again.

I'm pretty sure that there was an EU law introduced a while back that said OEM software can be sold on even if it's to be used on different hardware, I know it works because my current home computer is running windows 10 that was upgraded from a Windows 7 OEM key that I had on an old laptop. On the initial question I don't think Microsoft will care about the key being worn off, your best bet it to extract the key using the script, if you've already wiped it then you're gonna be out of luck unfortunately.

Is it hardware or software raid? if it's hardware I'd be inclined to look at the raid card as being the fault, if it's software you can try all the normal tricks you'd use when a non raid hdd isn't booting, scandisk and the like and see where that gets you.

After I took it back I found a raider camp just over the hill with a tower with a siren on top of it, I set off the siren and mummy came running over the hill and started attacking the raiders, I ran down there thinking I had a new friend, NOPE!!! She came running straight at me and I was dead lol

I went there yesterday, that was crazy, I was truly scared to go upstairs. Did you take it back or sell it at the end? I went with take it back and it was really warm and fuzzy.

I spent most of yesterday just exploring and avoiding the main quest line. I upgraded my weapons, something I have skipped over until now and oh baby! it's amazing how powerful a 10mm pistol can become, I was running round taking names, took out the queen Mirelurk before she even set foot on dry soil with just the 10mm pistol.

There's been no official word from Janet as yet but a quick search for the incident hashtag on twitter seems to show the service is returning https://twitter.com/hashtag/TT169600?src=hash

I've noticed that with my E70s they are very susceptible to dirty power, we've got building that the heating system seems to cause havoc with the power to computers and screen, the image will either freeze, display vertical lines or loose the signal all together. I've put one on to a surge protected extension lead along with the connected pc and so far that one has been fine. I notice you said the ones you are having problems with are all in one building so it could be the same problem as I've found here.

I heard it's 4 minutes from starting the game to being able to play on consoles.

That Combine chatter still gives me chills to this day when I hear it.
