Every time you went over 45 the image and sound got so distorted that even huge sign posts were unreadable. Happens quite often apparently with them according to the car forum I'm on. Ta, worth a go. Had a blackview one before, top model and it was useless. Tried a Amazon cheapy and it was excellent but it died after a few years so looking for a new one. They happily take stuff back of its useless to.

Tried it out with two VM's had issues with both so going back to the old way. Issues gone. Will leave this one for now i think.

Just trying out Dynamic memory on my Hyper-V server. If i open lots of apps it expands the memory nicely. If i close them all down again it doesn't shrink and release the memory back again. Is there a automatic way of doing this. Cheers

Have a lumie, bulb blew on it and went back to using my phone as a alarm. Got into work a few days late as i overslept. Back to the lumie and alls good again. Only thing i find is that the radio turns off to soon. I try and set my alarm to go off 10 mins before i need to get up so i can listen for a bit but it cuts of. LED dimmable bulbs dont work well in it no. Going to replace mine back to halogen.

Litle bit of code for you that i just knocked up It will create empty files that only take up 4kb but as soon as the file is changed the size will increase to 100gb. If you create enough of these in your share, if cryptolocker tries to hit it should suddenly expand all these files filling up your server share. Create the files in one of the first folders on each share. Idea taken from a Channel9 vid. exclude from the backups though as it will create new files at the full size. Next improvment is to add a bit of text into each files.

Just remembering when I was younger I used to do a number crossword thing. It gave you a load of numbers in groups depending on how many digits in the number and you had to fill the crossword like board in with them. There wasnt any questions, just numbers that you had to fit in Any ideas what these are called?

Trying to get Outlook 2010 to work with RemoteApp however it doesnt seem to be able to connect to the cloud exchange server. If i login to the server through rdp with the full desktop it seems to be able to connect. Any ideas?

We have one is this school but it doesnt get used. However, when i was at school 8-9 years ago (maybe a bit more but dont want to realise how old i am) they had a huge hand held one but the problem was if it wasn't facing you then you couldn't hear it. They are quite directional so unless you can get one with multiple trumpets your going to struggle. Or try this.

Hi, Is there a way to stop users accessing websites by their IP addres in both IE and chrome? Have a few websites that some students are getting round the LEAs filter by typing in the ip address rather than the URL.

Some nice lists. Going to be adding the few i missed. I want to enable auto updates on student machine but i causes so many issues as they are impatient. Maybe il get wsus up and do a few each day. And after all that however don't forget the air gapped backups. I've got a NAS that i backup to. Keep several aged backups on there and unplug it after the backup completes. Scary stuff.
