So you say plug the old san back into the old core switch. Plug the old server in and load up our storage server and it should pick up?

Couple of ideas i have been floating. 1. Change the IP in the dell storage management console. 2. Stick the old core switch in and plug a pc with vsphere on and then plug the old san and the old servers in and see if it picks up on the old storage server. 3. put a laptop on the 192 range and see if i can mount the data (not sure how to mount the san though.)

We have just put a new server and core switch in to replace what the poor network we inherited. When we put the new core switch in we lost access to the Dell SAN as the old NM had put the SAN on this weird 192 range. All data was moved last week but typically something was missed and now we need access. Anyway i can access the SAN to get the old work back?

Moving home folders to the new server and is it possible to stack robocopy jobs in one script? The usernames have changed in the new structure so is it possible to do robocopy "\\oldserver\user1" "\\newserver\newuser1" /e and then underneath robocopy "\\oldserver\user2" "\\newserver\newuser2" \e Could i create a batch script to get this to work?

We use Zendesk. Each primary has an email address to email but if they just email the main support address it moves it into the right group. Took some users time to get used to having to email but when logged jobs where getting prioritised above non logged jobs people soon come round.

I had to do this https://support.google.com/business/answer/2911778?hl=en-GB however you cannot get the bad reviews off. -
For some reason mapped drives are not mapping for users. It seems to be random users as well so they might have problems in the morning go to another computer in the afternoon and it works. Any reason why this would be doing it?

There would be quite a few needing it

How do other MAT's do remote access for SIMS. For example what is the best way for a member of staff at site A accessing Sims at Site B?
