Had a couple of quotes through from Cashless Catering companies and want to know how they can charge ridiculous prices (£15,000 +). For a start why are the tills over £1,400? I can pick up a decent touch screen pc for £500 so has anyone actually used their own equipment for cashless catering or not?

Having a strange issue where the samsung printer only prints one copy at a time. If a user selects more than 1 copy to print it does not process the job. We have the latest driver installed from the samsung website. Anyone know why this could be?

When we search for our school using google images there is a lot of random photos with nothing that belongs to the school or really old photos of the old building etc. Is there anyway we can get some newer photos to the top of the page?

Strange issue i have just moved over to virgin media and they have messed up all my ip addresses at home as they use 192.168.0.x instead of 192.168.1.x and this cannot be changed on the Hub 3. Problem is i have a home media server (running windows 8.1) and i used to remote desktop to it all ok from my mac. However since changing over to the new ip address (i have set it as static) it will not RDP into it. I can ping it fine and access the shared drive on it all fine but RDP just fails and gives connection timeout. Anyone got any ideas what may have caused this?

Just wondering if it is possible to extend my wifi using an apple AirPort Extreme from a superhub 3. I can run an Ethernet cable from the superhub to the AirPort Extreme.

Like kathabell said you really need input from SLT for permissions of what staff and admin office will need. In terms of set up we have it set up on a virtual server with 16gb ram 4 cores etc. You will have to do the donkey work but tasc support is great so never any issues. We have just installed INSIGHT from them and had some problems with the server but within 2 minutes of putting a ticket on the helpdesk they rang me to help sort it. EDIT: The server setup is not the main time consumer its setting up the permissions and then opening up each area like external contacting, registers, detentions, behaviour. At my place SLT decide what they want opening up and how they would like it to work and then i set it up like that.

Just got Insight here and will be launching with parents in the summer. Very good product and works out about £1.25 per pupil on roll.

May have changed in ac2 but in ac1 it would crash out when setting it up through it or would not pick up on the apple tv being plugged in even though i had set one up 2 minutes before all fine.

I was setting up 4 new ones and two just would not set the time. Apple support had a look and just said ring the apple store with my ticket reference number and swapped them no fuss.

I had two of these. Ring apple they replaced mine straight away for me.

Have you checked the time and date are set automatically. I had this problem with one where it had randomly changed it so could not update.
