Looking for some PRTG experts out there. I am needing to create graphs to show usage of some of our equipment. I have setup the sensors per device but i have over 20 of the same devices all giving me an average number from the previous week but I need to be able to colate this data quickly, is there a way to pull that into one report just with the average number of each?

This is correct, only thing was he never used a tester for this he was just going on where the cable was run down the wall and then under the floor into the island. There has been no diy in the house for over a year so doubt anything from that, I just found it strange how all of a sudden just happened randomly.

He didn’t say on this but he wanted the cabinets off where the cable down the wall runs as a starting point. This is why I asked here as did not seem right. He is thinking it could be a screw due to how tight the cabinets are to the electrics but the joiner I know was careful over 4 years ago.

Looking for an opinion on issue having at home. Randomly Friday morning most of the electrics in the house went off, checked the fuse board and the RCD had tripped, I couldn’t get it to go back to on so flicked each MCB off and bought the RCD back on and then flicked each MCB on and it was the hob causing it. So fast forward to today and have had an electrician round and after disconnecting the hob and just putting it on the hob isolater the fuse board is still tripping. The issue is I have the hob in the middle of my kitchen island so the cable goes underneath the floor and then up the kitchen wall so it is not ideal. He has said he wants to test the cable which goes down the wall down where the cabinets were installed 4 years ago to see if a screw had gone through it years ago on install and only causing issues now. For this I need to have the cabinets removed at the top of the kitchen and there is no guarantee that that is where the issue is. Anyone got any ideas or thoughts.

Are you using something like Senso or Impero as well, have had similar in the past where they were causing some conflicts with sites so worth checking if you have them and if you can test with a machine with them on and one without.

Anyone using Windows Defender Application Control over applocker, just doing some digging into it and seeing if it is an alternative to app locker on intune devices. Just looking if anyone is using it and any caveats.

Clutching at straws a bit here but has anyone ever managed to export data from PRTG to Excel/CSV format? I have multiple nodes trying to track and could do with it in that format.

Have they got correct permissions on the old files?

Deepening on who your ISP is they might be able to offer this as a service upstream. If not would look at a smoothwall S1 box.

Is the user activity screen are there any users shown in there?

Just a random one to to check in Network > Firewall > Smoothwall Access is the idex cluster service in there?

Not had any issue with getting servers, ordered some HP ones a couple of weeks back and arrived this week.

Are you saying issue likely on client side or on switches? There is a smoothwall upstream but can ping it and speed tests at site are showing 95/95mb on machines which are having the issue.

Just trying to get head round the issue. Background is our core Switch gives out our ip address and this computer plugs into the edge switch. The computer gets an ip but it says no internet access. I can ping the default gateway/core switch and upstream plus it resolves and pings google.co.uk. After around 1 minute it will start working fine. I am pointing to network driver on the device but wondered if anyone has seen this before?

Really didn't want to create a new policy for one user...... When the next request comes in for another user to be allowed access to a different app could end up with quite a few policies.

Any ideas?

I have a problem where I need to allow one extension on google chrome to one user using intune. We block all extensions from installing in our default policy and then have the allowed list in there. My issue is this extension needs unblocking for this one particular user but not for others. Still can’t work out best way to do this.

Sadly I wish was just one off. Basically was hoping to find something which would automate an export of a section to individual pdf pages. I don't think using that one linked is possible.

A lot of pages will be updated constantly and prefer a flow to handle the export.

Wondering if this is possible as can't find much online. Wanting to export some of our documentation from onenote to pdf. I was hoping that power automate would be able to do it for me but can't find a working solution online. Anyone ever done this before?

Few of our schools are already serverless. For DHCP best option we found was using a layer 3 switch to do this.
