Think that is slightly harsh. Yes the system has it's issues but i used it for about 2 years at my last place and one of the best support companies in terms of response time. I would speak with Jenny as when we had some niggles with the Insight app and Jenny sorted loads out for us!

Central team do updates whilst each school a designated person has been trained on how to update them with stuff like newsletters etc. They follow the guidelines suggested by ofsted. When i built my last places website you just go down the tick boxes.

Schools Broadband surely must have had reasons not to update. Plus we are only going on Lightspeeds word that with version 3 that everything was fixed when we don't know if that was true or not.

We are a larger MAT than you and each site has the same website but tailored to that schools branding etc. We then have website for our MAT but with links to our schools. Not sure of the requirements but think each site may need a website.

Have you tried sending it in a different format? Keep on to tasc support as they are very good or speak to @jenny_urey and see if she can help in anyway.

I am having the exact same issue when deploying smartnotebook 11.4 to windows 10 machines. Get the same errors as you as well.

Had so many issues with them regarding tolls we purchased then wanting more money to sort bits out. Support were terrible in taking calls and they always were reluctant to come to site when there was a problem. Just a number of bad experiences with them.

Ok this was my setup. Created an ad account called calendar and then gave it office 365 licenses. Go to office 365 and go to calendar and press share and then typed in the security group that i created.

Ok it is showing up in office 365 now. Issue now is i gave myself that security group but when i share a calendar with that group i get nothing???

it has picked up the older security groups and we are a MAT and other have synced it is just this one has not. Where in the reports can i check? Is that a powershell script?

Already tried that but it is still not showing in office 365 admin console even after forcing a sync

Ok this is driving me insane. I need to create a security group which is mail enabled so i can distribute a calendar to staff. Anyone know the best steps to take in AD and in office 365?

At my last place we pushed out Windows 10 around 18 months ago. We had a CC4 environment and with the help of RM it was pretty smooth sailing. The only issues we had were with the program sets not displaying for the users in the start menu but this was limited to a handful of users and we had a quick fix for it before RM came out with an update. Was very impressed by RM on our roll out of it.

I use SB in 3 of my schools in our trust. Yes 1 has had issues this week with maxing out it's line but it was fixed within a day or two. Yes they may not be perfect but every time i ring up support are great. Speaking with our account manager he said it was lightspeed not scaling well which causes them headaches.

Yes i was hoping for a bundle deal at least on the new one.
