Also, in Backup exec, the GRT is set to use C:\temp of the backup exec server. Does that mean the backup data goes from the Exchange box -> Backup exec server -> Backup disk server ?

How long should a full backup of an exchange database of about 150GB take? Ive just migrated the mailboxes from an old fragmented 2007 database, where a full backups were taking up to 14 hours. Now on this new server, which has fast SAS drives, 2gig ethernet, lots of ram and processing. And its still taking over 12 hours for a full backup, and backup exec shows it running at 200MB/min Where is the bottleneck? Is it the backup exec server thats slow processing the database?

Cant answer your bexec question but if you are open to alternatives, Ive gone with Storage Craft ShadowProtect for backing up our VM's. VMWare Backup & Replication - ESX Backup - VM Backup | ShadowProtect Virtual

Ive been using windows 8 consumer preview as my main laptop now since 29th feb and have not used a single metro app. Using the metro 'start' screen isnt much of an issue and the hot corners are working OK. My only gripe is that solitaire is now a full screen metro app and i cant seem to find a normal version of it. Which is no use to me as i like to have solitaire open at the same time as watching a video for example when im on the plane and stuff.

Ive got the PDC to sync time with uk.pool.ntp.org. It seems to be keeping its time correctly. However all the other domain controllers and member servers are about 15 minutes behind, and have the exact same time. What am I forgetting?

to be honest i never tried it with windows. I had a nokia e71 and this phone was being thrown out coz it was 'broken'. The windows install had become corrupt and it wouldnt boot. A few hours on xda and I had it up and running again I tried out the Mango Win7 ROM but didnt like it too much. Theres a 7.5 ROM for this phone already and I dont think its even RTM yet ;p

Im running the 1.3 versin of this: [9.Mar.2012] NexusHD2-ICS-4.0.3-CM9 V1.5 - xda-developers and mate at work has upgraded to the 1.5 version but it requried a fresh install so I havent bothered. So i would recommend the 1.5 isntall, onto the internal memory, and then use the SD2HD util to expand the internal memory onto the SD card.
