You would need to adjust the sessions so that the subjects followed the necessary format for the length you required. You may find that you would need to relax the one per day rule on other parts depending on how the rest of the day was structured for your timetable. So you sessions for in what you posted would be for example English DDD, Maths DD, Science T, PE T, Social Skills S, Reading S, Food P, Communication D. On the timetable that's produced, it will still show each slot as a timetabled lesson as per the grid above, so don't know if it's exactly answering your question?

For your Windows client, have you tried entering it in the format domain\username?

This might not apply, but it helped resolve a similar issue for us with Office 365. You might want to try and track down which part is moving it to the Junk Mail folder, I'd do this by having a look at message trace for a couple of messages and seeing whether the trace flags it as junk or not. If not, it's probably Outlook doing it. For this reason, we disable the Junk Mail filter within Outlook and rely on Office 365 to do the work.

All workstations or a single workstation? We've had various odd issues occur on a single workstation. Is your SIMS server a trusted zone/Intranet zone in Internet Options? Past experience with various parts of SIMS shows this can help a lot of things.

Can't access My Account to look up the guide, however you adjust a connection string on your original server to point to the new one - then when the clients connect to the old server they should get redirected to the new server and update. Can't remember as it's about 5 years since I last did it, but hopefully point you in the right direction. When you adjust the connection string on your old server switch it to SQL auth and enter your SA or solus3 db user rather than local (from memory) otherwise it can't connect to the new DB.

We have a similar setup to you, but we've just moved to RM Broadband so have a year left on our Smoothwall licence. The advantages I've found, rightly or wrongly, are: we still have the greater level of control over what we inspect and decrypt with Smoothwall than we do with Safetynet we can have a smaller number of external IP's for our services, routing most through the reverse proxy (but could be achieved through other methods) can seperate to an extent, so our Smoothwall is on a smaller "external" range on the RM network from our main network, however when we set this up the main range was also added to the RM router so should we ever remove Smoothwall we can just swap a few gateway settings around I manage another school where I do just have the RM filtering and leave RM to manage the firewall, I've had no issues.

I think it will depend on your school policy, here it would be a full tender process, potentially OJEU but I honestly don't know what the limits are for that - I suspect you will be close.

It's the cabling that's a problem. It runs under a corridor into a cupboard and then from that cupboard under the floor again to the front of the classroom to a single network point at the front desk. There isn't an easy way for me to get the cable out of the cupboard which would mean the AP would either have to go in the cupboard or sit on the teachers desk at the front. Wasn't me who cabled it that way... Will give it some more thought, I wouldn't expect a mass of users to be using it but then who knows what might change.

Has anyone used an In-wall Unifi AP? I want to try and put an AP in an existing room but running a new cable up the wall is going to be an absolute nightmare. There is a single port in a suitable location so thought about installing an In-wall AP and then continuing to use the output from the AP. Anyone any experience of using these and do they fit ok with standard back boxes/face plates? Thanks

Funny, I emailed last week but not had a response. Perhaps because our bursar hasn't paid the support fee yet, however I'm a little miffed if we have to pay for this upgrade as well.

SEN Information has been in the XoD since ours was migrated from memory - the additional one I don't remember is Additional Funding Indicators, which I assume is FSM etc. Interesting the SHMW Data Map just has this as personal data, not sensitive - the reasoning behind it is to allow those monitoring SMHW to run reports against those groups for analysis. You could untick them and see if anyone in school complains about the loss of the data?

Outlook doesn't need to be running as long as you choose the "Have the server reply" option selected - Office 365 will happily do that automatically, you just can't edit it from Outlook on the Web

I did similar when I changed the domain, I forwarded the email on but the way our old county system worked it made it appear it was coming from the original sender still with the email address still being in the header. This rule only replied to mail being forwarded from that address. Sounds like it still won't address your problem, but I don't think I see what your trying to do that this won't answer? Is there any reason you couldn't connect Outlook up to this mailbox just to set up the rule even if it is a pain?

I've done it through Outlook desktop client before with the following: If you specify a subject when you write the reply to the message it will go out with that subject, if you don't specify the subject it will reply RE: original subject You can't set that rule up in Outlook on the Web however, nor can you edit it afterwards. It needs to be done in the desktop client. Just make sure you have the except if Autoreply - I've ended up with someone in a loop of automated messages before because the mailboxes just kept autoreplying to each other....

Did anyone have any luck in resolving this from behind Smoothwall and were you trying to use it through Reverse Proxy or were you NATing the ports?

I've had it, it's to do with sections in the document and having to specify it in a weird way. I've a Belkin Omniview Pro3 which is an 8 bank unit and has dual port cable that come with either USB or PS2. As it's connected to 6 serves I have a number of each and just plug in the needed usb or ps2 cable.

Eventually got a Belkin Omiview years ago which is still going strong.
