When a client scans I believe it will scan against all updates available in your WSUS database, so it will ignore declined and ignore any products which you haven't approved.

I don't know sorry and I'm no longer in post to test it. I would expect that when you login it would just present the OTP code box for it to be entered within the HTML5 window, but I'm just guessing. There's a 15 day free trial.

It did work really well as far as I was concerned - for those who didn't have smartphones/didn't want to use their smartphone, they got a Fetian OTP (I'm pretty sure it was these C200 ones: https://identity2u.net/product/smartcard-readers/otp-tokens/feitian-otp-c200-sha-1-reader-h41)

When I set it up about a year ago somewhere, I used Rohos Logon Key and then either bought some hardware tokens or sent staff the QR code for individual logins to use with Google/Microsoft Authenticator. For the price, it was brilliant: https://www.rohos.com/support/rohos-logon-key-support/2-factor-authentication-for-remote-desktop-login-by-otp-sms/ - I provided staff with the RDP file to connect to the server through the gateway.

Just for awareness, if going for Exclaimer you'll need Exclaimer cloud edition - Outlook edition will no longer support Office 365 shortly.

Patch management software - what do you use?
Cache replied to Kitkatninja's topic in Enterprise Software
For a cyber essentials project I did recently I went with Patch Manager Plus Cloud Enterprise - covers windows and 3rd party applications, not reliant on PC being connected to the network and can set boundaries up so that if a device is on a certain IP it can use an internal distribution server, if it's on any other IP it will report directly to the cloud. Relatively quick and easy to set up, the only thing I haven't deployed with it was Windows Feature Updates - windows updates and other supported patches have just worked. -
Unifi Controller 6 - VLAN Tagging With Third Party Switch?
Cache replied to FN-GM's topic in Wireless Networks
I haven't got access to a network to hand, however it's not hidden under the Advance options now is it? -
If you have another domain, you can remove the gmail domain and then it will prompt you to update the managed apple id to a different domain - email address linked to the account will be the same, just the login will change - we have a different admin account so was willing to risk it.

It's not just the view not showing the class at the bottom is it? I always found it easier to change the course manager view to working academic year rahter than any of the silly default census views.

How to obtain direct connection to Internet?
Cache replied to SteveB_NI's topic in How do you do....it?
Could ask for the MAC addresses in advance, create a reservation and then allow that IP to bypass the proxy/browse without authentication or apply authentication based on IP? I've done that before. -
Multiple SQL instances on 2012R2 Domain server
Cache replied to mikemcsharry's topic in Windows Server 2012
You could, if you have it installed, connect SQL Managament Studio up to each of the instances and see what databases are running, or alternatively browse to the instance directory and take a look in the Data folder and see if there's any database files in there - would give you an indication atleast. -
I think, but could be wrong, if you run Database Diagnostics this will correct it for you as part of one of it's checks.

Not specifically for that purpose but I have created a mail flow rule so that if mail is sent to a specific address then it adds another address to the To line - does do what you are asking, it would just then be dealing with the bounce if it doesn't exist. Could you create a shared mailbox?

Copy Microsoft Teams From one tenant to another
Cache replied to dominicbastone's topic in Office Software
No free way to do it that I'm aware of, was looking for something recently and came across these 2 products: https://www.bittitan.com/migrationwiz/microsoft-teams-migrations/ https://cloudiway.com/products/microsoft-teams-migration/ -
Hi All Forgive me if I get the terminology wrong on this, but I'm trying to look at a phone system which is an NEC SL1100. When you phone the main number, the welcome message (presumably the auto attendant, but I can't work out how it's set up) begins to play but then cuts off part way through the play back so you don't get the hear the full list of options, eventually it falls back to dialing the (presumably) default extension. Any ideas how I can resolve the playback issue and get it to complete playing the message?

[sims] Nova-T6 - splt each class between two teachers and two rooms
Cache replied to MkII's topic in MIS Systems
Try holding ctrl when you drag the subject on top of the one you want to split, that should then divide the group into 2 for you, at which point you can assign your staff/room and schedule as normal. It should then allow you to divide that group within your assignment into the a/b class. -
Try $variable1 = “New-ADUser abc -ChangePassword '$true”

[sims] Changed times of Periods in NT6 - no timetable appearing in Sims.net

Have you configured Lesson Monitor for your new cycle to tell it what is AM and what is PM? Don't know whether it would have this impact, but it does need to be updated when you change your cycle. -
[sims] Adding additional sessions to the school day
Cache replied to ffalabalam's topic in MIS Systems
If you use Lesson Monitor you'll also need to update that for your AM/PM sessions for the new cycle -
We set it up on Remote Access server, we already redirected the AppData folder so no need to obtain keys and reactivate, just point to the same location. A2C Mandatory Profiles

No problem, pleased it helped! I did look at Intouch like you for another school I support and also gave up before I did myself an injury!

Try installing BDE on the server as well, the easiest way to get this is to get a NovaT satalite installer, run that and then run the BDE setup from there. Can't remember if it was this exact issue or not, but know it helped with something else...

You basically follow the same mailmerge wizard, you just pick email instead of letter: https://support.office.com/en-gb/article/use-mail-merge-to-send-bulk-email-messages-0f123521-20ce-4aa8-8b62-ac211dedefa4 You need to therefore make sure that you have the email address in your source data. What I got our SIMS manager to do was add in her own email address to the merge source with some dummy options and then just run the merge for that single record a few times until she got the email how she was happy with it. Hope that helps! Edit: Another potentially help piece of advice is switch Outlook to Work Offline if you can, that way nothing will be sent until you go back "online" and you can check the messages in your Outbox.

I've had UAP-Pro's for 5 years and UAP-AC-Pro's for 3 and haven't had any failures, admittedly only got about 15 or so, so not a massive deployment however throughout that whole time they have just worked. Originally started with a windows controller before moving it on to an Ubuntu VM.

I've just created a staff room team and staff have the ability within it to start a meeting at any time through the meet now button, had a couple of on/off conversations today through it.
