Great, thanks for reporting back.

Sorry, both my examples are the wrong way up! Should be:

I'm not sure what happens when no results so you will need one or other of those; I think the former. Peter

I suspect I'd invert the logic. if($iHaveSomeData) { sendAnEmail() } Then the script will just end itself anyway.

Temporarily import the CSVs as tabs into a master spreadsheet then use various match(), vlookup(), xlookup() and if()'s to compare?

[sims] SIMS. net Timetable for current week shows Saturday and Sunday
howartp replied to David44's topic in MIS Systems
I do see that, but I feel that was the same before? (We don't use that view much but I seem to recognise it looking like that) Peter -
The driver issue has been covered. You need to convert half your old KM licenses to Kyocera; we do the same (per-whole-fleet) every time we change suppliers. But, I made sure WE own and procure our Papercut instances/licenses, so I can contact our reseller and get them flipped completely vendor-agnostic. Every tender I do for copiers, someone tries to include costs for supporting and converting our PCut licenses but I cross them off and make it clear those parts are not deliverable.

[bug/error] Wrong thread from email notifications

I've just had another notification for the same thread - the link is now working/fixed on same device so maybe a one-off red herring. -

Hi Received subscription update email for current thread on parent communication. Link has the known fault with extra site appended at the start. But once you strip off the wrong bit, which I’m used to doing, it takes you to a 2005 thread. URL in webpage screenshot is: http://www.edugeek.net/forums/recommended-suppliers/3-contentgenerator-net-software.html#post22 Peter -
Just got a reply:
-
We've locked down everything but adobe and Google, then configured Google to not allow anything but signing into Adobe. The accounts they are using are new and they won't have the passwords for them until they're in the exam room and the accounts will be disabled on AD and Google overnight. All prep is going into a shared folder (per user) that we will then batch-copy over the night before the exam.

Hard drive swaps (and associated disk cloning etc) in Mac Mini's are easy enough, although it's pretty much the last component you take out so you've got to be happy with lots of screws and bits. Plenty instructions online so don't be afraid of it, if you're a competent hardware dabbler in PCs (particularly laptops) then you'll be fine in Mac Minis. I can't comment on other flavours of Mac.

Report Definition containing options for UDF and Class selection.Trip info for students by UDF.zip
-
We have a solution exactly for this. When the trip is being planned and students allocated, create a User Defined Group - which does allow manual picking from a list. Then design your report based on UDF as attached. If it will let me, i'll add the RptDef to a reply in a second. You can also use the UDF for SchoolComms/InTouch etc.

https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_AAD_IAM/AuthenticationMethodsMenuBlade/~/UserRegistrationDetails/menuId/AuthMethodsActivity (Azure > AD > Usage & Insights > Authentication Methods Activity > User Registration Details) That shows you who has registered/not registered 2FA methods.

I've just emailed Support and asked the question, and asked permission to share the response. They're usually pretty quick at responding.

Just a note to say I set a 'delete' going on Friday after your post and it worked correctly; the deleted person is no longer showing up on Delete Unlinked Persons having come out and gone back in. Peter

If they're apple devices, they'll be broadcasting private MAC addresses. However if you use Radius (eg NPS) you can see the Calling-Station-Id in the logs and back track it to the user that is/was authenticating from that Mac.
