If you run the inbuilt Dell diagnostics does it find any issues? Has the Dell charging jack got any damage?

If you have all their work safely backed up you could delete the user from AD and then try recreating in RMMC. I'd also look in the tasks history as I've managed multiple CC4 networks for 10 plus years and never seen a user vanish.

I think if you knew where to look you could do that, and then authenticate with user name and password. But if you were a teacher and just given the app as is, you'd just assume it was all set up. Sorry misread yes you should be able to see the local files I think on the first attempt it pops up saying do you allow file explorer to access your camera roll.

File explorer would need to have been set up for the school to point to the correct shares etc. Without that work taking place it would behave as they described. There is a payload element where you can pre-populate the configuration of file explorer as well.

I am in the same boat time wise but have been getting to the Gym at 4.55 and doing an hour. It has meant going to bed an 9 in the evening. If they have showering facilities there you could probably go straight to work? I forget I've been most days..other than the aches and pains. I go Tues-Thurs and road cycling at the weekend.

It would probably make your life easier but guessing the age of the device I'd guess that might be tricky. Have you contacted RM to see what price they can get you a drive for? If they are too expensive any compatible drive will do. If you list the make and model etc others may be able to help as well.
