    Yes, we had it error when specifying the pack as well.

    We've always just used a registry file to point the machines at the gallery which we have on the public drive. That removes the need to install the gallery every time.

    We were getting 9th Gen Ipads sent for most of our orders so can't be that.

    We use the STM Dux cases, normally pay £20 per case and think that's pretty reasonable for the protection they off us.

    If those users have shared files with you, wouldn't they appear in your drive? Or are they members of the same drive as you?

    We normally buy our Office Staff 24" Dell ultrasharps and some users have these as well Dell Dual Monitor Stand – MDS19. I'm starting to look at the Curved Monitors as well as the price point is dropping.

    I'd guess as the toners empty the level goes down so they run out of toner, and as the maintenance box fills it would run out of capacity.

    I'd guess at that price point and spec Windows 11 SE will give a better experience to the users as it's optimised for lower spec devices.     Looks like you can record Microsoft Teams meetings ok on the free EDU tier.

    Google may well push this date out again as it does look like there will be more home learning on the way ;-( Does anyone know if you can record for free in Teams?

    I've got the 12 and it's only really the Camera on the Pro I'd upgrade for. I'll see what the 14 offers next year TBH. Almost surprised they don't switch to a 2-year cycle as the differences recently have been pretty marginal. Storage bump was probably the most useful upgrade.

    There's a small button to release the sliding doors on our units. You can only access it when you take the lid off. We have the units with the 48port switch so all are connected to power and network when docked.

You dock the laptop in the cabinet with the power jack at the back, and they slot in. We have then for our 3340s Ergotron * Docking Kit (3180) for Dell Managed/Unmanaged Carts

    I recently had a year 5 Pupil that tried to set up his own wifi hot spot to avoid the filtering. We've had year 4 pupils replace the proxy settings on Ipads etc (stopped that now)

    Ended up reinstalling the software.

    We just got hit with something very similar and had a few issues where the splash screen would comeup but then the software just closed. Machines are 20h2 with version of Smart Notebook from 19-21. Ended up reinstalling the software. Haven't seen it elsewhere you. I can only think of Windows Update causing this as it's been fine at tht sites for years.
