  1. Morning, I have a query regarding an issue I'm having with a shared mailbox in Office online and on Outlook 2016 clients. We have a mailbox setup with 3 members of staff in it, emails are coming through fine but when they delete an email instead of it moving to deleted items in that folder it is deleting it completely out of there and into recoverable items which is only accessible in 365 online. Is there a way to stop this? The team of 3 are a very busy team within school and can't be checking the recoverable items every day. Cheers, Brendan.
  2. Can you link me the thread please so I can look at this?
  3. Afternoon all, we have noticed that one of our servers at a primary school is restarting randomly with the following error: The process wininit.exe has initiated the restart of computer XXXXXX on behalf of user for the following reason: No title for this reason could be found. Reason Code: 0x50006 Shutdown Type: restart Comment: The system process 'C:\Windows\System32\lsass.exe' terminated unexpectedly with status code -1073741819. The system will now shut down and restart. The server is Server 2012 R2 Standard. Has anyone come across this and have any potential fixes?
  4. Hello all, I've currently got 12 Lenovo 100e 2nd Gen laptops which in the current climate was setup and supplied by the government for students to work from home. We're now wanting to image these laptops so they can be used by staff when term starts in September. However, I've hit some issues: 1. The laptops don't have LAN ports, making it more or less impossible to boot from PXE (I have tried with USB to LAN adaptor, leads me onto my next issue) 2. The main issue, these laptops have Supervisor passwords on them which we can't seem to remove. Does anyone know a way of removing the supervisor password from them? They are one of the newer models I believe so I've not been able to find anything just yet online. Thanks, Brendan.
