@TechMonkey - You can drink as much or as little as you want, tonight. It all depends on whether you can work from home tomorrow. The pies have been pre-cooked but it takes about 25 minutes to heat them through, IIRC. Unless you're planning to eat all of them tonight, I'd select 2 or 3, stick them in the oven so they'll be ready to go. @Chanelle_Securly has already asked James about a running order so, hopefully, he'll let us know at the beginning. My beers arrived yesterday, while I was working from home. Later, I got an email to say that the driver with my pies had been delayed but they should arrive by 3pm. They didn't. I've just had another email to say they were delivered at 12.07 today and were left 'in my front porch', which I don't have, so I'm assuming they mean 'on the doorstep'. The proof of delivery photo was taken from about 50m away and shows about 4 houses in it. They would have been frozen when they left the pie-maker's yesterday; I just hope they've not been stored anywhere warm overnight. But I have beer!!

I had something similar, but on a much smaller scale, with a very popular school website provider while I was trialling their CMS back in June. When I was logged in, I was able to access the names and email addresses of others who had also trialled it. When I reported this to them, it was acknowledged that, while it was a useful feature for schools, it wasn’t appropriate for the demo site. Older accounts have been purged and a request made to devs to hide other users details. Fast forward 4 months to this week and I received an email asking if I was still interested in a new school website. Out of curiosity, I tried logging into the demo site. All the users were still visible. I could even download a CSV of about 270 previous users dating back to 2018. I may even have some Edugeeks’ details, as lots have given this company a thumbs up. I’m going to email them again, this week, attaching the CSV.

Totally agree*. Even if there were, I think that there would be too much non-compliance for them to be effective. It's not just government for whom the infection rate is not a priority any more. (*with the statement, not necessarily that there shouldn't be)

We had a few emails, last week, that I thought was a phishing expedition (see my post in the Phishing thread) but it turns out they're likely to be genuine, if several months out of date. Could someone who has applied take a look and let me know if you received the same, please? TIA

If the request was worded as in the OP, i.e. 'How many students in Year X have got Covid', I would interpret that as being present tense, i.e. 'How many students have got Covid right now?' As this figure would be constantly changing, it would be difficult to give a true figure. Even if you issued a figure based on the date of the request, you have 28 days in which to respond, by which time the information would be out of date.

That's Test and Trace's responsibility...apparently.

I hope they are all booking PCR tests. A lot of people I know who have been double-jabbed but have still caught COVID are describing their symptoms as 'just like a really heavy cold'.

Hi @Securly_Marc Just to clarify, as you have 'new swag' for current Securly customers, are these events for non-customers only? Currently, we have a small number of licences for off-site filtering. I really enjoyed the end of term beer & pie event in the summer (Sorry - I should have posted a 'thank you' in the original thread), but wouldn't want to take someone's place if I'm not supposed to be there.

That sounds like a great plan. The problem is, we can't enforce it in a primary school as it goes against Government and LA guidance.

Several cases here. Those with a positive PCR test have to isolate but not their close contacts - including siblings living in the same house who are still coming into school. Even though I've been double-jabbed, I'm probably feeling more nervous about COVID now than I have been for a long time - if not ever.
