  1. I'm glad to hear that; I've got my second dose this afternoon.
  2. Either: half a car reversing into a lamppost; someone doing a handstand off a diving board; a weasel sitting on a toilet.
  3. A window of opportunity, if you will. No, but he has replaced some wooden panels that separate our gardens, so I think he's taken a fence. zzzzzzzzzzzzZZING!
  4. My neighbour was sorting a load of rubbish to take to the tip. Neighbour: I've still got the old front window to go. Me: That'll be a pane to get rid of.
  5. In Memorium Eric Carle So, farewell then, Eric Carle, Author of 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar'. Your magnum opus fed the minds of Generations of children all over The world. You probably wrote other books, too, But we didn't have much of an appetite For them. Now, you are feeding some Very Hungry Worms. (In the style of) EJ Thribb

    Dust blower?

I've been using the DataVac ED500 (as seen in @chazzy2501's video) for several years and it does a great job blowing away any dust. It's the same make as the one you linked to but it's about 1/4 the price. It only blows, though, it doesn't vacuum so, as @nwkeene says, remember to wear a mask!
  7. That kinda makes me wish I was a Finance Manager.
  8. It's a bit more than an inconvenience; it's a prison sentence! Week 1 Monday 10am: 4-hour flight from UK to Greece 3pm: 4-hour flight from Greece to UK 8pm: Check-in to quarantine hotel Week 2 Thursday 9am: Check-out of quarantine hotel 10am: 4-hour flight from UK to Greece 3pm: 4-hour flight from Greece back to UK 8pm: Check-in to quarantine hotel etc.
  9. Which, in turn, reminds me of this. Two pirates meet at the harbour. Pirate 1: Your earrings are great. I wish I had a pair like that. Pirate 2: You can have them for 2 dollars. Pirate 1: Hmmm, that's not bad for a buck an ear.
  10. We had a similar problem yesterday. I'd removed proxy settings in Internet Options and SOLUS but it still wouldn't work. I've just asked our LA SIMS guru what he did to fix it and his response was: I don't know if that will help you, or not, but it's worth posting.
  11. It has to be green. Despite green being my favourite colour, I have no green socks. Then again, I have no pink socks either...
  12. Try this one instead, @LeMarchand. https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/coronavirus-vaccination/book-coronavirus-vaccination/
  13. It wasn't compatible with Windows 7 (even in XP compatability mode) so you'll have a whelk's chance in a supernova of running it on Windows 10.
  14. I get that, and it's OK for initial deployment, but not if I want to make any changes for specific groups of users in specific locations.
  15. Also, have an easier way of creating and updating redirected tile menus using a GUI, rather than having to manually edit xml files.
  16. Thanks for the ideas. I've tried (and still trying) to connect the Gmail accounts to Outlook, but it just isn't working. I've setup 2FA and created an app password in Gmail, but Outlook just won't connect. It may be something to do with the LA's administration, so I'll get back in touch with if necessary. As a last resort, can the emails be exported from Thuderbird in bulk? At least one account is MASSIVE.
  17. Is there any other option for submitting responses? I don't have a Twitter account, nor do I want one. If not can someone request the following on my behalf, please? Allow redirected start menus to be just that, without enforcing additional items from the local machine that we then have to find convoluted ways of removing. If we want/need them, we can include them in the redirection folder. Thanks
  18. I'm not sure which forum to post this in, but here is as good as any. We're in the process of moving admin emails from our LA Gmail service to our school Microsoft 365 tenancy. I've been able to redirect any new incoming emails, but we also want to be able to access historic emails. The LA has enabled Google Takeout, which has allowed me to download the contents of one account in .mbox format, but I can't import it into Outlook. Can anyone recommend a good mbox to pst converter?
  19. I’m now thinking about the hedgehogs wearing pyjamas and trying to pick up the brick...
  20. Mere UK did our installation. They’re based in St Helen’s. I’ve no idea how much it cost, but they did a good job.
