    OneDrive has the ability to restore everything to a specific date/time. So it’s very easy if you want everything restored. Not sure if Google allows the same

    Depends really. Normally l rename the old right at the start so the new new goes on with the correct name. But that’s downtime. Renaming at step 12 (instead of relaxing!) would also work.

    We experienced this and it was all down to the cables. The official Microsoft USB-C to HDMI cables worked fine but others did not. In the end we found some USB-C to HDMI adaptors rather than direct leads that worked fine

    Extra step I generally do then is to rename the DC to the old name. Everything just continues to work then and the clients haven’t got a clue the server has changed....

    No go with Takeout but the Vault worked perfectly.

    I need to move the emails to Office 365 for this one account. If I could get it in Outlook then exporting would be easily enough. I will look into the Vault option

    Does anyone know a way to export Google Group emails to PST? I can't seem to view Google groups in Outlook so unable to do it that way

    Let them expire and simply ensure anyone who needs the apps gets the A1 Plus assigned.

    That tick box doesn’t enable Intune device management..... If you have bought Intune licenses you will have a different SKU to assign

    License partners get between 10-15% discount on the Microsoft price so it depends on the partner what they quote at

    The do not change device name is only during the Enrolment stage. You can go into any device in JAMF and edit the details. This will then rename the device.

    Doesn’t matter. You license the users not the devices.

    You only need 1 license per user so you would license M365 for Faculty and get the students for free

    I never found a way, or to rename through Powershell. Just created new from scratch copying the settings

    FYS-00001 for the Faculty user. Reseller price 47p per month. Then you can order FYT-00002 as the student advantage ones. You can generally order as many of these as you like and they all go into Office 365 as one product.

    Intune alone is about £6 per Staff per year on OVS-ES

    I thought all see the Global so you would need to ensure Staff went in their own as well and then block Students from seeing the Staff?

    With regards to your question regarding sending/receiving emails - yes a user would still received if they were blocked from sending. Have you checked in Office 365 if the user is in quarantine and blocked from sending?
