Thanks will do. I think I might have found it under Config Profiles > Settings Catalog....

Hiya, Did you resolve this? I'm particularly keen to know if it was possible through Intune? I have a bunch of machines where Office was deployed through Intune with the wrong format initially (Open Document) and I need to change it to the right (Open XML) format. I've modified the App Deployment policy but will need to fix all the machines/users that it's already applied to. Thanks.

This here too for work - great product. Lastpass seem to be addressing some of the issues they had recently - I still use it for personal password management and had messages inside the App this week about what they were doing not that I read them.

Thanks for the feedback. but it is an agent software that sits on the device... ...maybe I linked the wrong page - it's called their roaming client. Works pretty similar to the lightspeed agent as I understand it. Looks like it does Windows, iOS and Chromebook Edit - yep looks like I should have linked this page: Roaming Clients | DNS Threat Protection (dnsfilter.com)

Hi there, Is anyone out there using this product - DNSFilter DNS Threat Protection & Content Filtering Powered by Machine Learning | DNSFilter We're looking at the roaming client install for our 1:1 program devices so that they have web filtering when they are away from the schools network. Cheers, Matt

Disabling CMD, Regedit etc. Removing the last couple of Windows pre-provisioned apps we cant take out at device level Possibly block these using an AppLocker policy? They apply very quickly and as long as the end users that share the device are subject to the same policy it won't be changing between users. You can configure Applocker using Custom Device Configuration (OMA-URI) templates: Support Tip: Using AppLocker to create custom Intune policies for Windows 10 apps - Microsoft Tech Community

AppLocker works for us. If you have a suite of machines where the computing lessons happen your AppLocker rulesets could be tweaked for those machines although if you have a 1>1 device deployment and pupils do Computing lessons on their own device it might be more tricky to allow exceptions.

We use a Clearpass for Radius Authentication and it queries AD on our primary DC. The Access points send the Radius request to the Clearpass device just fine and the authentication part works, the user gets onto the WiFi but they have a wrong IP address (they get an IP on our management VLAN). Based on whether the user is Staff or Student they should get assigned a specific VLAN and based on their VLAN they should get an IP in a particular one of our DHCP Scopes. When I look at the request in our Radius Server, it is handled correctly and returns the correct VLAN ID for a staff / student. I'm guessing that as the request comes back to the AP/Controller it should then relay/assign the DHCP based on the settings defined for that network. (This is the part that seems to be going wrong) I have the controller set up with the correct underlying networks for each SSID and I'm pretty sure I've got the details of the networks themselves correct. My guest Profile uses a different network and that one seems to work just fine.

I'm doing 50+ of these over summer so will be keeping an eye on this thread. I'm having a little problem with getting the controller setup correctly to work with our Radius Profile and VLANs so if anyone has experience there I'd love to pick their brain a little. As regard what you said - I'm planning on creating reservations for them in DHCP with a note to say what room they're in and then naming according to the room in the Console.

No I haven't, sounds like it is worth a shot though.

Not sure if this is in the right forum - perhaps it should be hardware?? I have a Dell Latitude 3310 where the touchpad won't work inside the OS, but strangely it works when I'm in the BIOS. I'd be grateful for any help if anyone else has had the same issue and found a fix? Here's what I've tried so far..... --------------------- Checked for a Fn key that disables touchpad but there is no such key on this model. Checked for devices with no driver in Device manager but none showing. Reboot device and start off USB stick running Chrome OS - touchpad not working. Go into BIOS to check for enable/disable touchpad option - cannot find anything. *****nb - when working inside the BIOS the touchpad works****** Reset BIOS settings to default and reboot - no change inside the OS. Factory reset of device via Windows login screen (Shift/Restart) - touchpad still not working. There is now one device in Device manager (a Human Interface Device on an I/O port) which says it cannot start. Attempt to download new drivers for this device but it was difficult to locate the correct thing and kept saying the correct driver is installed already. Drivers I tried made no difference.

Hiya, Does anyone know of a way to export the history of views/edits to a document stored in and MS Office 365 Sharepoint Document Library to a CSV file or similar. I can't see a way to do it from in the site itself or from Sharepoint Admin center. Half expecting it is probably possible with Powershell. Thanks in advance.

This thread seems to indicate there is a script / patch for this.... Multiple Centres on one SIMS database (edugeek.net) I don't know if that's accurate or not having never needed it, but if so then you'll need to log case with your SIMS support provider and ask for the patch to be sent to you to run, or released to you via SOLUS 3.

Hey everyone, Since the Microsoft Store updated recently - slightly new icon and a different look and feel I'm having a problem with my "Store for Education" deployment (Private store only restriction is pushed to devices via InTune). When a user opened the old style store it automatically logged them into their 365 account in via our tenancy and they would see the "Collections" I'd assigned to the school and it stripped out all the other rubbish. After this update giving them the new and fancy looking store all the end user sees is a "Try that again" message. (They are still being logged into the store - I checked). I understand the Store will be getting replaced in just over a year, but for now I've still been finding it really useful as a "Self Service" App deployment tool for the school and don't want to deal with losing/replacing it just yet. I've checked a few articles on MS and other sites with no useful things to try and I've reached the limit of my patience for googling it... I could log a ticket at MS but I figured someone here might know what's going on and be able to point me to a quick fix. TIA

Sorry for my slow reply. I didn't need to try the resolutions offered in the end since a couple of days after posting this last message and using the Teams Admin Centre I haven't been seeing the problem any longer. It was very frustrating and I wish I could've helped to give a definitive answer but I can't. Thanks everyone for the suggestions and help.
