  1. Done it a few times and the script provided by RM should remove the ImmutableID at the same time. Users are able to continue to login after this using the same password. Only once did it not work and I had to reset users’ passwords manually. As for adding AADConnect afterwards I didn’t have any issues with that either. I waited 24 hours to do it though.
  2. You will need to speak to a Microsoft licensing reseller
  3. You won’t lose the “Plus” licenses once the OVS agreement ends. Once you have it it sticks in your tenant. However you wouldn’t be entitled to use Office Desktop if you do not purchase it on a new OVS agreement. But it would continue to activate and work through the O365 licensing
  4. Do you use the PC based version or the camera in Appliance mode where the PC is not required?
  5. Ok that sounds like everything I need. So just how does the Zoom side work? I assume the device is setup as a Room mailbox so if User A receives a Zoom meeting do they just forward to the Room mailbox to join?
  6. What do you do if someone wants to join a Zoom or Meet meeting? I’m looking at the Logitech Android systems with the Swytch to allow the users to plug their own device in quickly for these other vender meetings
  7. It was a student account. I managed to fix it by assigning a temporary pin in ASM and that allowed them to login and change it. I’m not sure why the iPad wasn’t asking to create a pin at first login. Not sure school want it now though as the iPads are for Nursery children.
  8. These are new 8th gen 32GB models. Should the student be able to sign into school.apple.com? I was using that as a test being as the iPad gives no errors. I am able to sign in to appleid.Apple.com with the federated account. I might try the iPad off the network to see if it is the firewall or filter later today.
  9. Yes it is on, although I am turning it off now and will turn back on. See if that helps
  10. Yes I have. I have tried to do it again but makes no different
  11. I have setup Azure to provision users into ASM. They all appear, and everything looks fine. When signing into a Shared iPad the password is prompted but then with no error it just returns to the username screen. If I try to sign into school.apple.com then I get the error "-23100 You Apple ID is not allowed to signin to this application" Anyone got any suggestions?
  12. We support Yeastar but couldn’t offer a service to you. However have a look at x2comms.co.uk. Their guys are very knowledgable and can probably help.
  13. You could look at the Hik Professional suite. Runs on a dedicated server then the client can be installed wherever and runs much better
  14. Eye opener in a good or bad way?
  15. Found it in an email so have managed to download
  16. Can’t get the serial as it won’t boot. No record of it anywhere
  17. While I wait for Smoothwall to come back to me, does anyone have a copy of the recovery image for an S2 Appliance? The SSD has failed in this one and I need to restore it before Monday ideally. TIA
  18. I haven’t even looked at the Mini too much. Just trying to get main unit working. Our minis don’t have satellite connectors, so I assume they get it via the main box?
  19. Sky bit further down, here is the background. I have installed a Hikvision CCTV system for a friend. All worked well, some cameras are directly connected to NVR, other cameras are connected via LAN. All working then suddenly the LAN cameras will not work, can ping them etc but no communication to NVR. Also, internally cannot get to NVR web gui. System is a Sky router and a Ubiquiti switch. Troubleshooting I found that removing a cable from the switch made it all work. Plug back in and it stopped again. Traced cable and it was plugged into a Sky Q Mini box. Main Sky box was WiFi. So I decided to put the main Sky box on LAN, Sky Q Mini on LAN and renamed the SSID so both boxes wouldn’t connect to the WiFi. The main Sky Q box though still seemed to create a WiFi network though. Just wondering if anyone has Sky Q and Sky Q Mini setup in their house via LAN and have had any issues?
  20. What does the PXE SCCM log say?
  21. When you build the boot image it tells you what it is doing and confirms at the end. Does it say it is injecting it? So when you PXE boot it loads into WinPE then says the network card is missing?
  22. Yeastar and Yealink - perfect partnership!
  23. OneDrive has the ability to restore everything to a specific date/time. So it’s very easy if you want everything restored. Not sure if Google allows the same
  24. Never used to, unless if MS changed it though. Just trying to find something to confirm...
