We replace ours recently building by building for all same make and model. We bought a load of spares too. I think we have about 5 spare. We also have a couple of projectors that are used for events in places without projectors. So far all has been good. Only replaced two or three bulbs out of all of them.

Hi All, We have a few models of laptop that are encrypted using usb sticks as the key. This works fine but on a couple of laptop models from HP and Toshiba if the laptop turns off because the battery has been drained then when you turn it on again it asks for the 'Restoration data' to be deleted. The only way to delete it is to take the HDD out and put in a caddy to delete the data. The laptops are all windows 7, 4gb or 8gb Ram with HDDs or SSDs. Any ideas? TIA

Cover the bucket with a towel or large cloth. They are known to explode if it builds too much pressure. Ive done it with friends and we have had it explode even with regular checks.

having just looked at the Remarkable tablet, it doesn't look very remarkable. Id go with the Surface Go or any Samsung tablet with a pen. way more functions and apps you can get for Note taking.

I disagree with this. Many companies are looking elsewhere than Microsoft. Most of my friends work at companies that only use G Suite. As long as you can type and work out how to use a product you can do a job.

Have you tried reseating the cable? A few laptops we have display a similar issue with other keys. Reseat the cable and all is good.

What about sticky foam pads? We have used them in the past.

Guest wifi? All people that are going to be in school for an amount of time get their own guest wifi. We do allow some to print on our MFD's and all costs get charged to the department that booked them.... Well thats how its supposed to work.

To be clear the Office install will not be on a School laptop. It'll be on my dads laptop which is why it needs to be separate from the school Office license.

We dont, We use Office and moving over to GDrive.

The first option is what we have but they have stopped doing the actual install for Office and only offer online O365 subscriptions now.

Our home use program gave us an Office license separate to the school. The laptop isn't a school owned device. The Office 365 in the Home Use Program is just an online subscription.

Needs to be Office But does it work as a normal install of Office ie exactly the same layout or is it the web layout.

Hi All, We have the scheme where we can get office at a cheaper price through Microsoft Home Use Program through the school. However they have discontinued the local install of office and only pushing Office 365 which wont be helpful in the situation Office is needed. Does anyone else know of a scheme or where I can buy Office relatively cheap? Thanks
