We disable Year 11s at the end of July. They are told if they are not coming back in September to save work to usb/forward to personal emails before end of July. We enable the accounts in September if staying on. 6th form leavers are the same but disabled and deleted about 6 months later. If they want access to work/emails after they have left they have to come in and have a member of staff watch what they are up to.

Had the email below on Tuesday and they followed up today. Its a scam as it was sent to one of our emails on the School website that is just for homework. Also im sure BETT dont give out attendee lists!

Same access as a regular teacher. Access to Department drive, user area and general drive that is locked down per person. All must sign the AUP before any access is given

We use G Suite so Chrome is our default browser with all staff signed in so bookmarks etc are saved. We also use IE11 as some websites the school uses dont seem to support Chrome!

We don't have that issue but try getting another member of staff with same permissions to do the register from their SIMS. As in Teacher A doesn't do the register but Teacher B logs into SIMS as Teacher B on Teacher B laptop/computer and selects that register and marks it. If that works then it's most likely to be the user account being the issue but it's strange that you've got about 10 doing it
