We're in the same position, with reverse-DNS and I've also requested to be allowed/whitelisted. Sorry, this post is of no help to you, but it makes me feel a little better knowing we're not alone

For me, it's 32bit TS as we have some 16bit Maths software (Microsmile) that we're going to be using in a TS environment. Would have loved to use 64bit TS, but alas it's not to be

Add to that areas of our network that have low wireless signal and it's been a right PITA today. Roll on the new school when I intend getting staff a PC to use in each classroom for SIMS!

Have just finished setting up one of these (I'm typing this on it) for my sister with XP SP3 on. Just got the Belkin Wireless card left to install and for a damn good price they have a decent home PC The only additions are a PCI-E graphics and a SB Audigy 2 (plus their wireless card). Their home PC was BSODing and then I finished it off by flashing the BIOS with the wrong firmware

We use Sophos here and it scans for adware, Potentially unwanted Apps, etc. If anything I find it a bit too keen at times! But then again I haven't sat down and gone through all the apps I want to allow/disallow yet....... Which version are you running? Our clients are on 7.3.1 and the Enterprise Console is 3.1.0

Been through various stages here over the years, some hols we've sat and played Unreal Tournament all day (IT staff, caretaker, his kids, etc!) other hols have been manic rekitting rooms out! Yes there is, I'm home at the mo so bear with me if this isn't 100% accurate! In acitive dir users and comps you should have exchange settings/options (assuming you have the exchange tools installed on the PC/server). One of the tabs (exch general settings?) has a mailbox settings/limits options you can specify individual ones there which overides it. We use it here for the 'special' staff who think e-mail is another file store! As I said I'm home so the above will be close to reality! Joe

Weren't they top of an education league? (not sure if just European league or worldwide) I'm sure the getting kids into school at an early age was part of a government plan/scheme to get parents back into work. Along with the plans for breakfast clubs, etc.........

I'll ask our techie when we're back in on Tues. I know he's had fun with these progs as well. The current one he's battling is text detective, always seems to be the numeracy/literacy support progs............... I think the title of this forum sums it up very well!
