    I've just finished watching season 2 of Beyond on Netflix. It started off well, but just kind of fizzled out towards the end. The final battle at the end of the S2 final episode was full of potential but just didn't meet expectations for me. Still, they left plenty of scope for third season. I'm watching FATE the Winx Saga now - only seen the first episode but its an interesting enough take on fairies so far to keep me watching.

    Well the 5 year deal is almost up and our license runs out on 12th March 2021. Has anyone else received a quote for renewing/moving over to Central (if you haven't already)? Recommendations for other anti-virus/malware solutions?

    I enjoyed it too - they left it very open to another series too but Netflix have dropped it which is a shame.

    I always thought I was a bit of a strange child for spending hours looking through the Maplin catalogue. I still have in the loft some old school disco lights I made from a Velleman kit in the '90s. Velleman still produce kits - some of them are quite advanced now.     I use a cheap brother QL-570 label printer. I've never had a label fall off - is your work area particularly damp?

    That sounds very scary. Glad to hear you are on the mend.

    Another thing to consider is charging and storage of the devices when not in use. You also need a contingency plan for what to do when a child brings their iPad in with no charge, or forgets to bring it in, or it is offsite being repaired.

    I'm reading this thread with interest but the more I read, the more I am glad we haven't received any yet. We've not even been allowed to order any and our original allocation has been reduced from 59 to 12. By the time we do get anything, if we ever do, what spec will we be left with? Bring back the Fizzbook Spin!

    No problems recently here either - we're on DarkFibre with Quantum. I signed up to get the email alerts as @SparkySX mentioned and there was an alert yesterday but it didn't affect us so I didn't pay much attention to it.

    +1 for https://www.qr-code-generator.com/ as suggested by @TechMonkey for creating QR codes manually. For creating asset ID tags we use a Brother label printer and the P-Touch software that was supplied with it which creates QR codes automatically from a spreadsheet or other data source.

    Sorry, bit late to the party, but WD40 is great at getting these wall mounted amps working again. If you really want to buy new, I've also used avpartsmaster for speakers (and projectors) many times before and they always provide great service and pricing.
