Glad I found this fix, a weird issue. Have a wait for a fix for a while though STATUS: WORKAROUND As a workaround, you can uninstall both KBs and your tables will return to normal. We anticipate releasing the fix for this issue in the next monthly update, tentatively scheduled for October 3, 2017.

TBH they fixed it straight away. Its still awful though

They told me they aren't updating the local version and concentrating on their cloud version. It can integrate with Azure for MFA so I'm going to try this....as its a free upgrade.

We just use it for teachers to access SIMS and accessing their remote drives. Never bothered with the password sync and it seems faffy... they can access their files from the BYOD too. Don't think anyone uses it in school tbh...why would they.

Bumpety Bump Anyone out there still using this? We've had it a couple of years and its fine.... there rollout of updates is shocking but they are pushing their cloud based system now. I really want MFA to work with it (preferably Azure like I have in OWA) but they are a bit slack (except when they are chasing a renewal.

Morning, I've created a guest pass for a group of visitors on site which sits on its own separate VLAN straight out to the web. It works great on my windows phone (even roaming for a change) but they are complaining its not working in some areas.. it seems to be Apple ones. I've checked the WLAN settings and its set to unlimited people and I've throttled it down to 5Mb speed... everything else is standard. Not sure why it keeps asking for a new passcode (the same on works) Anyone seen this before.?

Do any of these have a section for day to day logging.. so a techie can log jobs they carry out each day. We currently use diaries along with our helpdesk which isn't ideal.

I've had Azure AD connect running for a few years but am delving into MFA. The easiest way would be to use Azure APP Proxy but you need a AAD Basic subscription to use it and we are skint. I'm going to have to use ADFS to use it for my Remote Desktop Gateway Server and OWA protection.

I do the following Install the base image via WDS Deploy kb3199986, kb3199209 and KB3201860 then reboot then deploy the latest cum update all with PDQ Deploy. TBH most of my woes went away when I reinstalled my WSUS server, I'd stuck it on a VM and put the updates onto a shared drive which I don't think it liked and hung like crazy.... I had ticked the device driver updates which ruined it also. Its now running on a ickle microserver happily.

The kettle IOS device with the network password hack was interesting.

My explorer is awful on 10.0.15063.332. TBH there are a lot of issues on my desktop machine even after reinstalling from scratch, I put it down to installing the creator edition instead of reinstalling from scratch. Its worse when I RDP in, all the office suite crashes. Edge seems to fail a lot and so does explorer.. I have to kill the processes 5 or 6 times a day. The rest of the machines seem fine but I am on LTSB. I move my WSUS to a new box and that fixed loads of issues with updating, probably a coinkydink but it helped me loads. I have nice green ticks almost everywhere.

Ours wouldn't work as they were expecting a reply from skype.com. I created a DNS zone called skype.com with the A record of www pointing to a internal server so they got a reply. As soon as I did this they got past the error screen and was able to log on.
